This research did the seedling breeding comparative test of different tobacco varieties (K326?Zhongyan 201?Yunyan87) through heating water in the seedling breeding pool, analyzed the development process of seedling and field tobacco?agronomic traits of seedling and field tobacco?the rate of emergence?the disease resistance?physicochemical index and economic traits of flue-cured tobacco leaves. All the results will provide a theoretical basis for breeding sound tobacco seedlings in Longhui County, Shaoyang city of Hunan Province. The detailed results are as follows:1. Through the comparative analysis, we found that the development process? agronomic traits and the rate of emergence of tobacco seedling had differences between different varieties. K326 showed the best performance, followed by Zhongyan 201, the worst was Yunyan 87; The heating treatment significantly increased the seedling emergence rate and survival rate comparaed with the no heating treatment, promoted the growth of seedling root, finally bringed about the robust seedling. The heating treatment also significantly increased the root activity?chlorophyll and nitrate reductase content, promoted the seedling development and the accumulation of dry matter. All the results showed that the heating treatment had the largest effect on tobacco seedling growth, followed as the variety effect, the interactions effect was the lowest.2. This study analyzed the tobacco seedling development stages?agronomic traits and disease resistence between different treatments through the field trails. The results indicated that different varieties showed different growth performances, K326 had the longest development period, the shortest seedling revival time and the best agronomic traits performance, followed as the Zhongyan 201, Yunyan87 showed the worst performance. The disease resistence performance had no difference between different varieties. The heating treatment significantly shorted the seedling revival time, prolonged the development period in field, improved agronomic traits and disease resistance.In summary, the heating treatment had largest effect on the field tobacco growth, followed as the variety effect, the interaction effect was small.3. Through analyzing the physicochemical index?quality and yield of roasted tobacco leaf with different treatments, this study found that the biggest leaf length?single leaf weight?stem content?moisture content and leaf thickness had the significant differences between different varieties; The heating treatment significantly increased the biggest leaf length?the biggest leaf width? single leaf weigh?moisture content and thickness of tobacco leaf, significantly decreased the leaf stem content. The heating treatment also significantly increased the content of total suga?reducing sugar?total nitrogen total potassium and nicotine, significantly decreased the chlorine content. K326 showed the best economical characters, followed as Zhongyan 201, Yunyan87 showed the worst economical characters. The heating treatment significantly improved economical character performance compared with no heating treatment. The yied?output value?the proportion of middle and superior quality tobacco all had remarkable interaction effect. The seedbed heating can effectively improve the chemical coordination of tobacco leaf and increase the appearance quality of tobacco leaf.4. In summary, The heating treatment showed the biggest effect on agronomic traits? physicochemical index and economic traits of tobacco,followed as variety effect,The interaction effect was small.
