Zinc is an essential trace element of animal bodys' metabolism,a large number of studies have shown that zinc deficiency can lead to the decrease of animal feed intake,resulting in impeding growth.In recent years,many reports have proved that adding organic zinc in animals' diet can significantly improve their growth and health,meanwhile metallic elements contained in animal waste are also greatly reduced.This experiment mainly use the small peptide solution after acid hydrolysis of pigskin,chelating reaction with zinc sulfate under the condition of a certain temperature,time,pH value,to prepare zinc chelated small peptides.And through the analysis of content of zinc in solution,chelating rate of the zinc chelated small peptides is determined.At the same time,using the single factor test and orthogonal test,the best chelate condition of the preparation of zinc chelated small peptides can be obtained.The test has proved that:(1)The reaction time,reaction temperature and solution pH on zinc chelated small peptides will affect chelating rates.Among them,pH value of the solution has the greatest effect while reaction temperature has the lowest;therefore tests must be in good control of solution pH value.(2)The single factor test and orthogonal test shows that chelating rate reached72.12% when the small peptide react with zinc chelating is 60 min,at 50 ?,pH 7,which is the optimal condition.To figure out zinc chelated small peptides of boars production performance and the influence of blood physiological and biochemical indexes,the experiment selected20 heads 18 months healthy turok boars,randomly assigned to four treatment groups,5 for each group.Mineral zinc in premix of Control group is ZnSO4 · H2O(zinc content of 50 mg/kg),zinc in test ?,?,? group of is zinc chelated small peptides,contained zinc of 50 mg/kg respectively,25 mg/kg,12.5 mg/kg respectively.Experimental results prove that:(1)Ejaculate volumes of the test groups were higher than control group: test ?,? group showed 5.34%(P > 0.05),6.78%(P > 0.05)higher than the control group Sperm density and sperm motility of test ? group were 12.80%(P < 0.05),7.14%(P > 0.05)higher than the control group;Sperm malformation rate of test ?,?group were 6.77%(P > 0.05)and 8.00%(P > 0.05)lower than the control group;the peptides chelating zinc content in the grain is 50 mg/kg,boars have the highest daily weight gain.(2)Adding zinc chelated small peptides in the diet of boars had no significant influence on boars blood physiological and biochemical index,but to a certain extent,it can reduce the occurrence of boars anemia symptoms,at the same time the boars bleeding blood coagulation process can be sped up,reducing the bleeding time.(3)Adding zinc chelated small peptides which contained 50mg/kg and 25 mg/kg zinc in boars diet,organic matter digestion rate could be 7.94%(P < 0.05)and 9.95%(P < 0.05),which are higher than the control group,but the impact on the digestibility of protein and fat was not obvious.(4)Zinc chelated small peptides added in the diet of boars can significantly improve the body's absorption of zinc,reduce the content of zinc in the waste,hence to reduce the pollution to the environment.
