Rice wine lees are highly concentrated organic waste water.If they are not treated properly,they will seriously pollute the environment.Based on the above reasons,anaerobic fermentation using rice wine lees can not only solve the environmental pollution problems,but also produce clean energy for industrial production.The anaerobic fermentation of rice wine lees is affected by many factors,among which the most critical factors are temperature,pH value,feed COD concentration and ammonia nitrogen concentration.In the reaction system,the anaerobic microorganism activity needs the suitable temperature and the pH value,and the certain COD concentration and the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the feed is also the premise which guarantees the fermentation to be able to carry on normally.In this paper,the feasibility of anaerobic fermentation of Rice Wine Lees was tested by two stages.The technological conditions were investigated,and the main research contents,conclusions and suggestions for improvement were as follows:1.in view of the characteristics of rice wine lees and the status of brewery production,a new type of TSIC anaerobic reactor was developed on the basis of UASB anaerobic reactor and IC anaerobic reactor.Firstly,the optimum conditions for anaerobic digestion of distiller’s grains were tested,and the optimum temperature,pH value,feed COD and ammonia nitrogen concentration were determined to verify the feasibility of anaerobic fermentation of distiller’s grains.In the original test and debugging based on the actual conditions based on the feasibility test,during the test,temperature,pH value,summed up the feed COD and ammonia concentration conditions change,record and analyze problems,find ways to improve and solve problems.Finally,the biogas and coal produced by anaerobic fermentation of rice wine lees were used as industrial fuel,and the economic benefits were compared and analyzed.The 2 through the two phase of the experiment,verified the rice wine lees anaerobic fermentation technology is feasible,the maximum value of methane content in biogas from the experiment was 72%,more than 60% biogas methane content standards,so can be used as fuel for combustion.The yield of methane in the final product is affected by temperature and pH value,so it is necessary to adjust the temperature and pH value of the feed,and take measures to protect the reactor during the test.The results show that the removal rate of COD is proportional to the yield of methane.The high concentration of ammonia nitrogen will inhibit the activity of anaerobic bacteria,and the appropriate concentration will be beneficial to the growth of microflora.
