| This research was conducted to determine the conventional nutrients, amino acids and fatty acids composition and content of yellow rice wine lees (YRWL), then to study the effects of different YRWL ratio on the growth performance and feed utilization of growing and finishing pigs, and to discuss the main mechanism through the nutrients and amino acid digestibility, the serum biochemical parameters and immune indicators. Results of the nutrients determination showed that YRWL on the basis of DM contained 32.09% CP,4.51% EE,3.80% CF,2.25% Ash,0.19% Ca,0.49% TP,14.11% TEAA,29.83%TAA, respectively. There were 1.11% Lys,0.70% Met,0.51% Cys and 1.16% Thr,29.53% of relative PUFA and 0.16% of absolute linoleic acid, respectively. Results above suggest that RWG has the potential nutritive value compared with DDGS, brewer's dried grains and distillers'grains of white spirit.Experiment 1 48 health growing pigs (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) with an average initial body weight of 29kg were randomly allocated to 4 groups by weigth and sex. Groups included 3 pens (replicates) of 4 pigs each. The control group was fed the corn-soybean meal diet. In the test group 1,2 and 3,6%,9%,12% YRWL were taked replacement to partial soybean meal of the control diet on the basis of isonitrogenous and isocaloric and amino acid balance. All pigs were given adequate diets and free access to water. The feeding experiment lasted for 32 days after 7 days of adaptation period.Experiment 2 36 health finishing pigs (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) with an average initial body weight of 53kg were randomly allocated to 3 groups by weigth and sex. Groups included 3 pens (replicates) of 4 pigs each. The control group was fed the corn-soybean meal diet. In the test group 1 and 2,14%,18% YRWL were taked replacement to partial soybean meal of the control diet on the basis of isonitrogenous and isocaloric and amino acid balance. All pigs were given adequate diets and free access to water. The feeding experiment lasted for 79 days after 7 days of adaptation period. After the rearing experiment began for two weeks, a digestion trial with endogenous indicator was conducted to determination the nutrients and amino acid digestibility. At the end of the feeding experiment, after weighing, the serum was collected and kept at-70℃for laboratory analysis. Results of the feeding experiment showed that there were no significant differences of growth performance and feed utilization in the growing and finishing pigs between groups (P>0.05). By comparison, test group 2 of growing pig and test group 1 of finishing pig had the best effects. The suitable application amount of YRWL in the diet of growing and finishing pigs were about 9% and 14%, respectively. Results of the digestive experiment indicated that, compared to the control group, test group 3 for the growing pigs significantly decreased the apparent CP,TEAA and TAA digestibility by 3.94%(P<0.05),6.27%(P<0.01) and 6.87%(P<0.01), respectively, for the finishing pigs, test group 1 decreased the apparent CP digestibility by 2.83% (P<0.05), test group 2 decreased the apparent CP,TEAA and TAA digestibility by 4.99%(P<0.01),2.94%(P<0.01) and 3.63%(P<0.01), respectively. In addition, there were no significant difference for the apparent EE, Ash, CF, Ca, P digestibility between groups (P>0.05).The serum indicators showed that compared with the control group, there were no significant differences for serum TP, ALB, GLU, Ca, TP, BUN contents, and ALP, GOT, GPT activities, and IgG, IgM, IgA levels between the groups (P>0.05).Based on the above results, it was suggested that YRWL had high feeding value, the suitable application amount of YRWL in the diet of growing and finishing pigs were about 9% and 14%, respectively. |
