Our country is a big country of garden tree planting,the traditional garden tree planting is excavated,mixed fertilizer,filling the process,the mechanization is low,the technique is rough.At present our country garden fruit tree planting machinery is mainly to plant trees,digging machines only dig a pit,single function,does not have machinery mixed fertilizer and the backfill function,cannot achieve more garden digging holes of fruit tree planting,blend fertilizer,backfilling of mechanized operations.This paper designed a model suitable for garden trees "digging holes in situ mixed fertilizer backfilling all-in-one",provide the garden trees grow in the process of digging holes,mixed fertilizer,backfill mechanization unibody design,garden trees planting process of "dig a hole,the mixed fat,backfill" mechanized continuous operation.The mixing of organic fertilizer and soil is very high in the mixing process,and the maximum degree of organic fertilizer is used.In this paper,the research has great significance on fruit production in our country,realize mechanization of the height of the garden trees planting process,greatly improve the efficiency of fruit planting fruit trees,reduce the labor,increase production of fruit trees,increase the economic benefits of fruit.In situ digging holes in this paper,we study the mechanical structure design of mixed fertilizer backfilling all-in-one including frame,power equipment,the fuselage lift system,operating lift device,walking system and operating unit.By using the 3d model of the operating equipment,the EDEM simulation is carried out to determine the mixing uniformity of the material in the operation.Created in the EDEM sampling equipment to take samples of the 3 d model of motion simulation,simulation of in situ trenching and mixed fertilizer backfill all-in-one sampling process of material mixing uniformity test.In this paper,the analysis of the mixing material of the mixed material,which is simulated by EDEM sampling motion simulation,is analyzed.Digging holes in situ mixed fertilizer after backfilling bodymachine to complete processing,design of in situ digging holes mixed fertilizer backfill all-in-one material mixing uniformity test and in situ dug a pit to mix design a fat backfill all-in-one material mixing uniformity test sampling equipment.First,the mechanized operation of filling and filling of the excavated pit is completed by using the in-situ excavation.And then remove the sample box,the number of organic fertilizer particle in a statistical sampling box,carried out in accordance with the high speed and low speed test in stages,in accordance with the different time each phase 5 times experiment was carried out,in turn for digging holes in situ mixed fertilizer backfill all-in-one material mixing uniformity test data is analyzed,and compared with EDEM simulation test results,obtained in situ digging holes mixed fertilizer backfill all-in-one material mixing uniformity evaluation.The results of simulation analysis and the mixing of the filling and filling of the compound in situ excavator were shown: At different rotating speeds,the fertilizer mixing function of the operating device has different effects on the mixing uniformity of the organic fertilizer in the soil;Different fertilizer hours also have different effects on the mixing uniformity of organic manure in soil.
