A Study On The Key Points Of Improving The Quality And Increasing Efficiency Of Shaanxi Apple Fruits

China is the country with largest apple planting area and highest quantity of apple production in the world and Shaanxi province is China's largest province in apple planting area and apple production.With the development of the apple industry and changes in market demand,Shaanxi apple encountered some bottlenecks on the production structure aspect.This paper analyzes the problems on the development of apple industry,and finds out the key to improving quality and efficiency based on the current situation of apple production in Baishui and Luochuan counties.Through the problem orientation,efficient ways to solve the problems for the modernization of Shaanxi apple industry are developed.The results showed that the main problems of apple production in Luochuan and Baishui counties are: the aging of producers,lack of education and labor outflow in this area.The small scaled orchard,tree trunk aging,high planting density,low yield,poor quality and other issues bring objective constraints to the apple industry.The research on the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in the orchards of fruits showed that there are serious blindness in the use of fertilizers and pesticides in Luochuan and Baishui counties."overuse of chemical fertilizer,overlook of organic fertilizer" phenomenon is widespread;periodical use of pesticide without concerning the predication report has become the habit of farmers.The results showed that the factors that affect the efficiency of Shaanxi apple industry are proactive pursuit of high yield and inactive to give nutritional supplement,leading to early aging of the tree which is the direct cause of the decline in production level;high density planting and a large number of branches kept resulting in habitat closure and poor quality of apple;tree malnutrition and lack of sun light,causing serious pests and diseases;heavily dependence on pesticides to control pests and diseases resulting in excessive residue which in turn,seriously hindered the normal the export;low level of standardization,high production costs and backward management concept has become the five hindering factors to apple industry.The further research has given 5 major deficiencies the key control measures to solve problems of the Luochuan,Baishui County apple orchard.15 key points in two levels were developed(level 1: to improve fruit quality,fruit tree growth environment and production.,and to improve production efficiency and increase production efficiency;Level 2: to reduce fruit and pesticide residues,and improve the quality of fruit inside and outside,as well as the level of tree nutrition and the orchard soil environment.To change the ideology of producers to enhance the technical level of producers and improve the level of mechanization,promoting the use of new technologies and reducing production costs and improve sales prices).24 standards were proposed in corresponding to the key control measures.
