This paper is based on the statistical data of forest fires disaster in Zhangzhou City from 1991 to 2013 and the meteorological data of forest areas and the basic geography data. And it uses SPSS,Excel, yaahp,ArcGis and other software as technical support for the analysis of Zhangzhou City Forest fire spatiotemporal distribution, and formed the Zhangzhou City fire zone map eventuallyThe main research conclusions of this paper:(1)The analysis is based on the temporal variation of forest fires in Zhangzhou City from 1991 to 2013 and found the interannual variability of forest fires, forest area and forest fire losses fluctuates greatly, but the general trend is gradually decreasing yearly.Autumn and winter are the main forest fire protection periods which are consistent with the actual situationin in Zhangzhou city.(2)The results of the analysis on the spatial variation of forest fire in Zhangzhou City from 1991 to 2013 show that the frequency of forest fires in Nanjin,Pinghe,Huaan is higher than other counties in Zhangzhou City during 1991 to 2013,which is total 459 times and occupied 58%in the total fire disaster in Zhangzhou city, and the affected forest area accounted for 73.8%of the total forest area in Zhangzhou City.(3)It is found that from 1991 to 2004 the length of the forest fire season fluctuated but tend to be stable and from 2005 to 2013 the seasonal length of forest fire decreased yearly based on the analysis of the fire season in Zhangzhou City from 1991 to 2013.(4)The study showed that the elevation, slope, distance(m)railway distance(km),the distance from the road(km),infrastructure, the daily maximum surface temperature(℃),minimum surface temperature(℃),daily precipitation(mm),sunshine hours(hour),the daily maximum temperature(℃),daily minimum relative humidity(%)is a factor of 12 and GDP have significant influence on the occurrence of forest fire in Zhangzhou city. The prediction accuracy of the model is 74%.(5)The middle and high fire danger areas in Zhangzhou have large and wide distribution, and it is necessayr to pay great attention on forest fire prevention work in this area. |
