The current forest fires are frequent and cause a large number of casualties and loss of property resources.Luanchuan County,Henan Province belongs to the Yellow River Basin and is a key forest area in Henan Province.It is also a key forest fire protection area in Henan Province.It can prevent and extinguish forests more effectively in the future.This paper analyzes and summarizes the forest fire and meteorological data of Luanchuan County from 2004 to 2018,and uses Arcgis,SPSS,Excel and other analysis software to analyze and summarize the temporal and spatial distribution of forest fires in Luanchuan County.The law of climate change,analyze the impact of local main fire sources and climatic factors on forest fires,and plan a forest fire fire hazard zoning map in Luanchuan County.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)The temporal and spatial distribution of forest fires:Seasonal changes and temporal changes of forest fires in time show a certain regularity,and there is no obvious regularity in interannual changes.In 2007,2013 and 2014,forest fires occurred more frequently and the area of overfire was larger.In particular,the most frequent forest fires occurred in 2007,reaching 74.In 2013,the largest area of forest fires was 277.16 hectares.Since 2014,forest fires have been relatively stable.The monthly changes of forest fires in Luanchuan County are also relatively large.Forest fires occurred in the period from January to April.Among them,the forest fires occurred most frequently in March and the fire area was the largest,with 157 forest fires,accounting for 35.28% of the total number,and the fire area reached 502.41 hectares,accounting for 57.85% of the total.The daily change of forest fires in Luanchuan County has obvious characteristics.Forest fires occurred mainly between 11: 00-17: 00,during which 356 forest fires occurred,accounting for 80.00% of the total number of forest fires.The burned area reached 716.97 hectares,accounting for 82.56% of the total fire area.The forest fires in Luanchuan County are widely distributed in space.Miaozi Town,Taowan Town and Luanchuan Township had the most frequent forest fires,with 8,53 and 52 times respectively,and the area of fires was 121.96 hectares,88.85 hectares and 65.64 hectares respectively.(2)The law of climate change in Luanchuan County is not obvious,but the analysis found that the maximum wind speed,average wind speed and average temperature have a greater impact on the occurrence of forest fires in Luanchuan County.Six representative meteorological factors including average wind speed,maximum wind speed,average temperature,maximum temperature,precipitation and average relative humidity were selected for correlation analysis and principal component analysis.Among the six selected factors,the maximum wind speed,average wind speed,and average temperature have the largest loads,which are 0.989618,0.989044 and 0.912665,respectively.It shows that the dynamic factor and temperature factor have the greatest effect on the occurrence of forest fires in Luanchuan County.(3)The fire sources of forest fires in Luanchuan County are mainly man-made sources,supplemented by natural sources.The analysis of the cause of fire shows that among the 353 forest fires with fire cause,the man-made forest fires account for 97.73%.Among them,the production factors accounted for 54.39%,the non-production factors accounted for 43.34%,and the natural factors accounted for 2.27%.Most of the above-mentioned fires occur in the agricultural-forest interlaced zone in the shallow mountainous areas near the residential areas,which have a direct impact on the temporal and spatial distribution of forest fires.(4)Luanchuan County of Henan province was divided into fire risk areas by SPSS statistical software using cluster analysis method,according to the temporal and spatial distribution of forest fires.In these areas,Heyu Town,Miaozi Town,Taowan Town and Luanchuan Township are Class I fire danger zones;Baitu Town,Qiupa Township and Shizimiao Town are Class II fire danger zones;Lengshui Town,Jiaohe Town,Sanchuan Town,Tantou Town,Chengguan Town,Shimiao Town and Chitudian Town are Class III fire hazard areas.The first-level forest fire risk area accounts for 28.57%,the second-level forest fire risk area accounts for 21.43%,and the third-level fire risk area accounts for 50%.The research results can provide a scientific basis for local forest fire management and forest fire prevention engineering construction.(5)Finally,based on the above conclusions,starting from the actual situation in Luanchuan County,we will accurately implement strategies and plan a suitable forest fire prevention and control strategy.
