Wheat is a kind of grain crops widely cultivated,and precision seeding and fertilizing is beneficial to increase the yields under the same condition.Wheat sowing machines used widespread currently are mostly of mechanical structure,seeding and fertilizing are drived by wheel through the belt or chain.By replacing the fertilizing or metering devices,adjusting the position of the inner core,or changing transmission ratio between the wheel and shaft to make the amount of seeding and fertilizing variable.These methods all have there shortcomings.For example,the fertilizing or metering devices can only be divided into finite levels,which not meets the requirement of stepless;adjusting the position of core is affected by human factors,which is prone to error;Method of changing the transmission ratio is also too cumbersome,and frequently disassemale and assemble is easy to damage the machine;these methods are time-consuming and not up to the requirements of precision seeding and fertilizing.The existing wheat sowing machines have many problems,such as the wheel slip caused uneven seeding and fertilizing,the seeding and fertilizing pipe’s blockage,random seeding rate and fertilizing quantity,have not GUI to observe related parameters real-time,and extensive seeding device matched with seeding machine can not make the wheat distribution uniform.In order to overcome the problems of present wheat sowing machines,adapt to the development direction of intelligent agricultural,which can determine how much sowing and fertilizing amount according to the requirement of specific soil situation.The multi-function and intelligent controlled wide line wheat sowing machine is designed.The machine is equipped with rotary cultivator,self-design wide line metering device of hole type,groove type fertilizer distributor,and intelligent control method,to complete the rotary of land,precision sowing and uniform fertilization,so as to achieve the target that rationaldistance of wheat planting,uniform fertilizer distribution,saving wheat and fertilizer,increasing harvest.The multi-function and intelligent controlled wide line wheat sowing machine adopts intelligent control method to realize precision sowing and fertilizing,which is equiped with sound and light alarm function.The man-machine interface applies TPC7062 TX embedded touch screen,building the PC control system using MCGSE configuration environment,after downloading to the touch screen,you can easily set up parameters through the key.The touch screen communication with the MCU of MK60DN512ZVLQ10 through 485 to complete the mutual transmission of data following the Modbus protocol,according to the parameters setting before and the seeding speed measured by encoder through the MCU and PID algorithm controlling two-way PWM(pulse width modulation)real-time and dynamically adjustment the speed of DC motor,to achieve the effect of uniform seeding and fertilizing.The results of experiment showed that the application of the intelligent controlled wheat sowing machine can complete precision sowing and fertilization perfectly;sowing and fertilizing amount can be changed through intelligent control method,so as to save time and effort;through the touch screen to set sowing and fertilizing amount,grain weight and other related parameters,the operation speed of sowing machine changed,the sowing and fertilizing amount,spacing of seed unchange. |
