Corn as one of the major crops in the Jiangsu province,the mechanization level of corn is far behind rice and wheat.The corn production have put a large labor force in production process,and low level of harvest mechanization became the main reason for restricting corn mechanization and bounding the agriculture modernization in Jiangsu province.In recent years,wheat production had basically achieved mechanization,the step of mechanized rice planting and harvesting is becoming fast.The mechanization level of corn product has restricted the grain comprehensive mechanization level in the Jiangsu province.At present,the situation of corn product mechanization has become comprehensive and accelerating,but compared with rice and wheat,the mechanization level of sowing and harvesting is still very low except tillage part.Accelerating the corn production mechanization is the focus of the current and future work for Jiangsu agricultural mechanization.This paper mainly research and analysis the selection of corn mechanized production of sowing and harvesting equipment in Jiangsu province,analysis of the mechanization technological route of the main corn production area.Choose the typical region and suitable planting&harvesting machinery,combine with the local planting methods to demonstrate and extent.Integrated with the corn mechanized production technology,forming the equipment selection under different production conditions,and formulating the supporting programs&relevant technical specifications.By comparing analysis the costs of mechanized corn planting,harvesting with manual operation,showed the great advantages of mechanization.Through the optimization configuration of tractors,planters,harvesters,guide growers,agricultural cooperative organizations engaged in corn mechanized production,at the same time,they will get a better benefit than others.
