Our country is one of the world’s largest producers and consumers of rapeseed and rapeseed mainly originated in the Yangtze River basin and the southwest, northwest, etc, and also rape planting area and output in recent years is growing. But rapeseed harvest during the rainy season in China, the climate conditions of high temperature and high humidity, easy to cause a mould of the rapeseed in the process of storage, also not used widely in most parts of machinery, dry, dry technology is still very backward in actual use. On the premise of low energy consumption, high efficiency, dry as much as possible the high germination rate and the quality of uniform quality rapeseed is an important issue which needs to solve in rapeseed processing chain.This paper takes Hunan high oleic acid 753 rapeseed as the research object, according to the demands of the development of rapeseed drying technology on the basic theory of drying and the influence factors of rapeseed drying are analyzed, and design the test device, and germination rate of dry rapeseed experiments, the rapeseed drying time, drying after germination rate, the paper studied the influence law of energy consumption, determine the rapeseed drying parameters rationally, the test results are as follows:(1) During the drying process of rapeseed, either static or dynamic drying, drying rapeseed precipitation rate curve down after rising first, finally leveled off until the trend of 0. But because of the particularity of rapeseed, they didn’t look at the entire process to the constant speed drying stage.(2) The performance test results show that the drying temperature and drying time showed a negative correlation; Vacuum and negatively correlated with the drying time; Spiral stirring speed and drying time were positively correlated. Had a greater influence on the drying temperature on the germination rate, vacuum degree and spiral stirring speed was not significant effect on germination rate. Factors that affect the drying time size was followed by the drying temperature, vacuum degree, spiral stirring speed; Factors influencing the germination rate of size was followed by the drying temperature, the spiral stirring speed, the vacuum degree; When the drying temperature of 75℃, vacuum degree is 0.094 MPa, spiral stirring speed of 60 r/min, the drying time was 82 min, the germination rate was 76%, the optimal combination for rapeseed hot vacuum drying.
