Design And Experimental Research Of Key Components On Rice Throwing Machine

Transplanting is an important part of rice production mechanization, in order to realize rice-oil production style in south area must raise seedling in advance, while culturing rice seedling with pot and plate then transplanting it can be about 10 days ahead of time, which solves the crop root problem. For the sake of improving work efficiency and reducing labor intensity, this thesis aims at the experimental study of rice seedling throwing transplanter feeding seedling part adopts belt conveyor, throwing seedling part uses the belt's force to pull out the rice seedling, take advantage of the height between the field and the machine to complete the planting.This paper did same agronomic research of south rice, and tested rice seedling's physical characteristics, including average height, soil pot quality and humidity, tensile strength and seedling pulling-out force etc. Summarized and compared the test results, arrived at a conclusion of the affections of rice-throwing, paving the way of the design and test.This paper designed seedling throwing machine, it consists of seedling conveying belt, clamping device and seedling guide mechanism. designed the board's position in the conveying belt, to ensure the timeliness and correctness of seedling feeding; according to the physical characteristics testing ,designed and contolled the speed of seedling conveying belt and clamping belt, then selected the optimum parameter to reduce the leakage rate of seedlings and seedling injury rate; did finite element analysis of the key axis with Solid Works simulation; did theory analysis of the seedling's height difference, to determine the initial height of the seedling drop, then ensure Planting depth and vertical degree of pot seedling.Through the cooperation with Hunan Nongyou Machinery Group Co., Ltd., have finished the prototype of rice seedling throwing machine. According to the agronomic requirements of rice seedling throwing, to verify the performance of it, optimized. and improved the machine to get the best result.
