The single factor test results show that the current feed rate to take 0.1m/s-0.4m/s, the power consumption value will increase with increasing forward speed, when the forward speed is greater than 0.3m/s power rapid growth, the choice of 0.1m/s is more appropriate; knife shaft speed in 360r/min-570r/min range for canola ridge vertical axis rotary trencher power will increase with ditching the knife shaft speed, and the faster the speed, power the faster the growth, the choice of 360r/ min more appropriate; cut into the earth from within the range of 2cm to 5cm, when taken 3cm, minimum power is achieved.3. Soil disturbance range of orthogonal test results show little effect on the working conditions of each factor level combination trencher its range of soil disturbance, but the impact on the value of disturbed soil. Each soil disturbance range conditions are less than 15cm from the ground in the depth direction, the horizontal direction away from the trench wall 20cm or less; in the horizontal direction closer to the trench wall, equipment for soil disturbance, the more obvious in the depth direction closer to the ground, for machinery soil disturbance is more obvious.4. Based on the response surface power-Disturbance value of orthogonal rotation test results show that the impact of power factor descending order of significance:knife shaft speed, forward speed and cut into the soil from; the disturbance of left and right side factor values in descending order of significance: knife shaft speed, distance and cut into the soil forward speed; power response, optimum value when the disturbance, was cut from the soil into 3cm, the forward speed of 0.1m/s, knife shaft speed 360r/min. Under this condition, power is 2.4KW theoretically, the left side of the disturbance is 152KPa, the disturbance is the right side of 163KPa.
