Rotary tillage is one of the most power consumption part on rape seeding machine work.In order to research the rotary tillage power consumption problem of the rape seeding machine,provide some theoretical for rape seeding machine power match.It is necessary to establish the relationship between rotary tillage power consumption with the influencing factors.In this article,based on the classical mechanics,take the 2BYD-6 rape seeding machine which designed by Hunan Agricultural University as research object,A calculation method had established for rotary tillage’s soil cutting volume as well as the force balance equation.The torque for cutting and throwing soil was calculated,respectively.A power consumption model for rotary tillage was established to analysis the relationship between the working parameters of the rape seeding machine and the rotary tillage power consumption.Use the power consumption model to calculate and analysis.In the single factor experiment of work depth,soil density and soil cohesion.The results showed that the power consumption was increase with the working depth,soil density,and soil cohesion increase.In the combined test of forward speed and rotation speed.The results showed that the force in horizontal direction was increases with an increase in the rotation speed and the machine’s forward speed.The force in vertical direction fluctuated little with the rotation speed and the forward speed.Under the forward speed of 0.4,0.5,and 0.6 m/s,the rotary tillage power consumption has a linear relationship dependent on the rotation speed.In the orthogonal test of forward speed,rotation speed and work depth.The results showed that the rotation speed had the greatest influence on the power,and the work depth,and finally was the forward speed.Use EDEM established rotary tillage simulation model of rape seeding machine.The effect of rotary tillage power consumption with work depth,rotating speed and forward speed and was analyzed.The simulation results show that the power was increase with the working depth,with the forward speed was 0.4-0.6m/s,the working depth was 15cm,the rotation speed was 100-160r/min,the error from the power consumption model calculation results was 2.51%-6.69%.The factors affecting power consumption are consistent with the power consumption model.In the smallest power combination test A1B1C1,the error is 5.37%.In order to verify the reliability of the power consumption model.On the soil test bench at the Engineering Training Center of Hunan Agricultural University carried out a power consumption test for rotary tillage.Use the forward speed,rotating speed and work depth as experimental factors to experimenting single-factor test and multi-factor orthogonal test.In the orthogonal test of forward speed,rotation speed and work depth.Define the percentage of the difference value of the test value and the calculated value of the power consumption as the test error,the error was 9.05%,13.29%,18.65%,13.92%,15.67%,12.83%,12.34%,14.02%,16.41%,Verify the reliability of the power consumption model.
