Experiment 1:A total of one hundred and forty-four 21-d-old healthy weanling pigs (initial body weight= 6.79±0.2kg SE) were individually housed and randomly assigned to receive four diets feed for 14 days, with 6 replications per treatment and 6 piglets per replications.Group A was control group which supplementation with 3% fish meal B, C, Dwere test group, B group supplementation with 2% intestinal membrane protein. C group supplementation with 3% yeast powder, D group supplementation with3.0% plasma. All diets were formulated to meet the National Research Council (1998) recommended nutrient requirements for weanling pigs. The results showed that the average daily feed intake (ADFI) were no significant difference between control group A and B,C,Dgroup (P>0.05), and this value were no significant difference between B,C,D group (P>0.05).Experiment 2:A total of one hundred and eight 21-d-old healthy weanling pigs (initial body weight= 6.36±0.2kg SE) were individually housed and randomly assigned to receive three diets feed for 14 days, with 6 replications per treatment and 6 piglets per replications. The three diets named A (a positive control) B and C, which B group supplementation with 3% intestinal membrane protein+5% fish meal C group supplementation with 2% intestinal membrane protein +2% fish mea 1+2% yeast powder. The cumulative performance results of weanling pigs are showed that C group and Control group A with regard to average daily gain (ADG) was not significant difference (P>0.05), but this value in B group and control group was significantly difference (P<0.05), The average daily feed intake (ADFI) was no significant difference between control A and C group (P>0.05), but this value in B group and control group was significantly difference (P<0.05),The feed/gain ratio (F/G) were no significant difference between B group,C group and Control group (P>0.05), but this value was significantly difference between B group and C group (P<0.05). With regard to serum TP, Albumin, Globulin, BUN, GPT and GOT has no significant difference between the test groups and control group. These experiment results show that the C group (dietary supplementation with 2% yeast +2% intestinal membrane protein+2% fishmeal diets) can significantly improve average daily feed intake and average daily gain, and decrease the ration of feed. The growth performance and smeru biochemical indexes results are superior to A and B group, the price is slightly higher costs, but it has been more economics benefits for weanling pigs.
