| Field fertility early drought disaster has become a major restrictive factor of Wenshan tobacco production. Mulching plants are widely used in agronomic practices which are simple operation, low cost and water heat preservation effect. This paper adopts different mulching time and ridging or not. At the same time, we studied the effect of mulching on the quality of planting tobacco soil and tobacco leaf production. The main conclusions as follows:The impact of different soil temperature of mulch cover on ridge vary with time and soil depth, have great influences in the early stage of the birth of tobacco plants and shallow soil. Cultivating the soil temperature can make the soil temperature increased by 0.4-2.0℃. At the periods of low rainfall, the soil moisture of mulched field in different depth is higher than no membrane of 1%-2%, soil in shallow, the greater the difference. After heavy rains, the effect of soil moisture content of the ridge body effect is obvious highly, besides, the increase range of water content of coated (3%-7%) significantly is lower than the not coated amount (7%-11%). And different field growth period covering film on ridge soil moisture difference is obvious.The different effect of time has remarkable effect on nutrient to plant tobacco planting body full effect change rule of different nutrient. The soil available nutrient change affected by the effect of the long each are not identical. Agronomic traits, the regularity of preliminary field growth period is not obvious. In multi-topping period after the process of 40 days film uncovering having the best performance, the rest of the processing only coated in the whole stages of treatment are not good as contrast. Ridging can promote stem circumference increase, increased by the thick degree of tobacco plant, is good for tobacco production. Not coated plant smoke which lead to the birth process is relatively slow. Film uncovering time too early also lead to birth process much slowly. The budding period and the leaf tobacco maturity are delayed, not dye-stripping shorten the growth period of about three days. Different film coating technologies have the significant effect on tobacco leaf chemical components and aroma substances, but have a little effects on chemical coordination, organic acid, neutral aroma substances, pigment and polyphenols. The specific rules are unclear yet.The yield and output value, average price and the proportion of superior tobacco of different treatment all have significant differences in them.40 days dyestripping and ridging have the best economic characters which the output, output value, average price and the proportion of superior tobacco is 2511.5 kg/hm2,68170.5 yuan/hm2,27.14 yuan/kg respectively, and 91.4%, than control increased by 13.6%,25.6%,10.6% and 13.6% respectively.Comprehensive growth condition of tobacco field and baking quality of tobacco leaf are suitable for Yunnan wenshan climate conditions of the mulching length is 40 days with ridging, which can obtain good quality production. |
