Research On The Farmers’ Satisfaction To The Government Service About Animal Disease

With the continuous development of the process of globalization and market, China’s rural farming industry has continued to follow the trend of rapid development. Especially, since the livestock industry is closely related to public life, it is increasingly sparked concern. Among them, the international and domestic circulation status of animals and animal products also showed a trend that becomes more frequent.And accordingly, the sudden spread of animal disease occurrence and risk of proliferation is also increasing. All types of poultry animal disease affecting the health of animal have been undergoing evolution.Currently, One of the important factors that affecting the livestock industry sustained economic growth, food security and public quality of farmers’income is the occurrence of animal diseases. Therefore, animal disease prevention and the control work have become a part of the community of the public health system which can not be ignored.Face of increasingly frequent and complex diversity of animal disease, the current government’s prevention services have been difficult to meet the treatment of various diseases of the need to respond to the urgent need to explore factors that influence government prevention services. This paper combines the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis and collects, reviews the relevant literature on the prevention and control of services and farmers government acts to provide a theoretical basis for the study of animal disease in the future. At the same time, the content of the government’s prevention services, prevention and control of service processes, and prevention services team to investigate and to measure satisfaction with government services from a prevention perspective of farmers. The status of animal disease management and problems were analyzed. On this basis, from the microscopic point of view of animal disease prevention and control services in Hunan were specifically described, in conjunction Survey places, from a practical analysis of the prevention and control of service in Hunan Province, we get the evaluation system that the government constructed animal disease prevention and control services, access to research data in accordance with relevant statistics and surveys farmers,then obtain the basic situation of government prevention services of eight city (state) in Hunan. On the basis of the relevant literature on the impact of proposed 16 factors about the prevention service satisfaction, by analyzing the correlation between variables using factor, it extracts the four common factors,By CSI-Logistic model,it researched the satisfaction about the government prevention and control of service of animal disease and its influencing factors.Finally, from the establishment of animal disease epidemic prevention system, improve animal disease protection mechanism, establish epidemic prevention agencies, improve government functions, provide technical training and epidemic prevention, and other aspects of the optimization counter measures.
