This field experiment was conducted to study the effect of combined applicationon of different fertilizers (bacterial manure+inorganic fertilizer, chicken manure+inorganic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer) on soil chemical?biological properties and maize yield in reclaimed soil, and discuss the correlation between chemical and microbial indicators in order to find best fertilization model of sustainable development of Lingshi reclaimed soil, it also provide theoretical and practical support for the expansion of the same reclaimed soil.Through experiments, draw the following conclusions:(1) The soil pH of different fertilizer treatments were lower than CK, and the difference was significant. Among them, the decline range of T60 (the amount of inorganic fertilizer was 60kg/mu) level was the largest.(2) The content of available nutrients and organic matter of different fertilizer treatments were significantly higher than CK. The increasing effect of bacterial manure+inorganic fertilizer was the most significant, Among them, the content of available phosphorus, available potassium?organic matter were the largest at T60 level, compared with chicken manure+inorganic fertilizer treatment, increased by 19.96%? 33.01%?13.06% respectively, and these treatments had remarkable differences; The effect of chicken manure +inorganic fertilizer on the increase of the content of alkali solution nitrogen was the best. The content of alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen was the highest at T60 level in this combined application treatment.(3) The content of soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen (SMBC?SMBN) of different fertilizer treatments were significantly higher than CK. The increase of SMBC and SMBN were the most significant by combined application bacterial manure+inorganic fertilizer. The content of SMBC and SMBN were the largest at T60 level, reached by 129.8 mg/kg,21.11 mg/kg,and compared with chicken manure+inorganic fertilizer, the difference was significant.(4) Compared with CK, the content of phospholipids fatty acid (PLEA.) of soil microbial flora of different fertilizer treatments were significantly different. The effect of bacterial manure+inorganic fertilizer on the total PLFA?PLFA of bacteria?PLFA of fungi were the most significant, among them, the content of total PLFA?PLFA of bacteria, PLFA of fungi were the largest at T60 level, compared with chicken manure+inorganic fertilizer treatment, increased by 18.03%,46.21%,80.13% respectively.(5) The yield of maize of different fertilizer treatments were significantly higher than CK. The yield increasing effect of bacterial manure + inorganic fertilizer was the most significant at T60 level. The T60 level of maize yield was the highest in this combined application treatment, reached by 7785.9 kg/hm2.(6) Compared with CK, the total nutrient content of maize grain and straw of different fertilizers were significantly different. The effect of bacterial manure+inorganic fertilizer on total phosphorus of maize grain, total potassium of maize grain, and total potassium of straw were the most significant, among them, the content of total phosphorus?total potassium of maize grain, total phosphorus were the highest at T60 level, the content of total potassium of straw was the highest at T30 level. The effect of chicken manure+inorganic fertilizer combined application on the total N of maize grain and corn stalk?the total P of corn stalk were the best.(7) The net income of different fertilizer treatments were significantly higher than CK. The effect of bacterial manure+inorganic fertilizer on the net income was the best, reached by 10009.62 yuan/hm2, only increased by 79.38 yuan/hm2 than chicken manure+inorganic fertilizer treatments, the difference was not remarkable.(8)The soil chemical properties and biological properties have certain relevance. SMBN, SMBC can be used to represent the change of soil microbial content in reclaimed soil of mining area. The correlation coefficient of SMBC and SMBN was the largest, reached by 0.893, and the PLFA of fungi and bacterial content second, reached by 0.860.Comprehensive comparison, the bacterial manure+inorganic fertilizer treatment at T60 level can improve soil chemical and biological properties, and increase the maize yield to some degree. It was a relatively reasonable amount of fertilization in reclaimed soil of the mining area.
