Native to China, Osmanthus fragrans is one of the most famous flowers in China. In recent years, with the rapid development of Osmanthus fragrans industry, the cultivation area has been expanded continuously. However, it is universal in large scale Osmanthus fragrans cultivation that the seedling quality is unstable since the fertilization is not managed scientifically, which has seriously affected the output and hindered the benign development of Osmanthus fragrans industry. With "Jin Yu Tai Ge", a breed of Osmanthus fragrans 'Jinyutaige' as the test piece, the paper adopted the "3414" program in quadratic regression D-optimal design to investigate the influence of different NPK ratios on the aerial growth, physiological characteristics and leaf nutrient accumulation on potted Osmanthus fragrans, aiming to reveal the optimal fertilizer ratio and dosage for Osmanthus fragrans and providing the theoretical basis and technical reference for standardized cultivation and management. The research result was mainly as follows:?1?Combined application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium had great effects on the growth of Semperflorens on the ground. Increasing the amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium within a certain range can make the average length and roughness of new tips, ground diameter, leaf area, pedicels and flower diameter and the number of flower increase, but the promoting effect of excessive application of fertilizer on the growth of Semperflorens was not significant.?2?Compared with the contrast, chlorophyll content increased to some extent by fertilizer treatments, which indicated that formula fertilization had promoting effect on the increase of chlorophyll. Main effect analysis showed that nitrogen was the main influencing factor to improve the chlorophyll content of Semperflorens. Under P2K2level?20 Kg per bowl soil?,chlorophyll content is N2P2K2>N3P2K2>N1P2K2>N0P2K2 ?P<0.05?,chlorophyll content of nitrogen deficiency treatment in the whole growth period was lower than other treatments, and lower leaves of plants turned yellow and plants had a premature aging phenomenon, which showed that reasonable nitrogen fertilizer can alleviate leaf senescence. In a certain range, combined application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium can increase the content of soluble sugar and protein in the leaves, but too much was bad for the increase of soluble sugar and protein. Leaf photosensitive ability was strong, soluble sugar compounded relatively faster and had less output, thus soluble sugar content reached to a growth peak, then soluble sugar began to run in the flower bud, soluble sugar content in the leaf showed a declining trend in July.?3?The accumulation of mineral elements in leaves presented as N>K>P, the apply of N?K?P which increased content of N?K?P obviously. The content of N showed clear positive correlation with N in leaves, the content of P showed evident positive correlation with P in leaves. The content of K showed obvious positive correlation with K in leaves. Above showed the apply of N?K?P affects the nutrient content in leaves. Apply N?K?P appropriately could increase the nutrient in leaves, excessive application of N?K?P will curb the absorb of K in leaves.When the amount of K at K3 level in the application process, which can promote the absorb of K in leaves, but curb the absorb of N and P. That showed reasonable ratio of NKP is beneficial to the absorb and accumulate of nutrient in leaves. And when the content of N?P?K at N3?P3?K3 level the result reaches the maximum value.?4?Osmanthus fragrans was an ornamental plant. The flower output, as a comprehensive evaluation index, may reflect the plant growth status on certain degree. Semperflorens output per single plant is influenced greatly by nitrogen, phosphorus and potash fertilizer, and it can be raised significantly by reasonab-ly fertilized. The ternary quadratic formula can be built as Y=2.054+0.2040N+ 0.4042P+1.3490K-0.0978N2-0.0671P2-0.5459K2+0.0713NP+0.0902NK-0.1968PK ?R=0.98?. The monomial coefficients of NPK are positive, which means semp-erflorens output can be improved with N?P?K fertilizers. While the N?P?K quadratic coefficients are negative, which means excessive N?P?K fertilizers will reduce its output. After coefficient test on fertilizer effect formula, the infl-uence of NPK fertilizers on flower output can be concluded as P>K>N, which means phosphorus was a key factor needs to be regulated during semperflorens growth. Nitrogen phosphorus and potassium were also interacting each other, which can be reflected as NK>NP>PK. According to "3414" test features, a bi-gram model of fertilizer effect appears invalid, the single factor of NPK fertil-eezer effect was as follows:y=2.8860+0.491N-0.095N2?R=0.9?;y=3.024+0.463P-0.090P2?R=0.9?;y=3.085+1.271k-0.750k2 ?R=0.99?. Under comprehensive conside-ration, three effect formulas of 7 fertilizers were built, and the best fertilizing amount was 2.28g nitrogen,3.03g phosphorus, and 0.87g potash per pot?20Kg per bowl soil?.By a-nalyzing the economic benefit of fertilizer effect, it's conc luded that the highestproportion was 26.36 with 2.0g nitrogen,3.0g phosphorus and 0.85g potash ap-plied per pot?20Kg per bowl soil?.?5?The establishment of fertilizer effect model flower diameter length,The average length and ground diameter with N?P and K,potassium fertilizer,The results showed,N?P?K influence flower diameter length of the order was:P>K>N,Effect of interaction effects for flower diameter to length was:NP>NK>PK; The average length of the order of influence was:N>K>P;Effect of interaction effects for the average length was:NK>PK>NP;N?P?K influence ground diameter of the order was: P>K>N,Effect of interaction effects for ground diameter was:NP>NK>PK.Flower diameter as the dependent variable in N?P and K fertilizer is best 2.67?3.64?0.71 g per pot?20Kg per bowl soil?.The average length as the dependent variable in N?P and K fertilizer was best 2.13?3.11?0.95 g per pot.The average length as the dependent variable in N?P and K fertilizer is best 2.34?2.81?0.34 g per pot.
