The study was mainly on the inhibitory effects of extracts of Artemisia annua on botrytis cinerea growth and spore germination.Meanwhile,we also determined the inhibitory effects of different concentrations of A.annua extracts on botrytis cinerea.In order to study the preservation effect of strawberries with A.annua extract,the strawberries were treated with A.annua extract,and the physiological indexes were measured,including appearance quality,decay index,weight loss rate,respiration intensity,Vc content,soluble solid content,titratable acid content,the cytoplasm membrane permeability,MDA content and SOD values.The main results were as follows:(1)The optimal extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal test on the four factors of ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time and the solid-liquid ratio.The results showed that when the ethanol concentration was70%,the solid-liquid ratio was 1: 25,the extraction temperature was 60℃ and the extraction time was 1.5h,the yield was the highest.(2)The results of inhibition test and spore germination inhibition test showed that the antibacterial effect of A.annua extract was significantly increased with the increase of the concentration.According to the concentration gradient of the antimicrobial effect,the best concentration of A.annua extract was 7g/L.(3)The fresh strawberries were treated with the A.annua extract,dyeing bacterium,A.annua extract plus dyeing bacterium respectively and were stored at room temperature.We measured the physiological indexes at 0.5d,1d,1.5d,2d,2.5d,3d,including appearance quality,decay index,weight loss rate,respiration intensity,Vc content,soluble solid content,titratable acid content,the cytoplasm membrane permeability,MDA content and SOD values.The results showed that 7g/L A.annua extracts could slow the relative quality of strawberry appearance reduction,decrease the decay index,weight loss rate and respiration intensity and cell membrane permeability,slow Vc decomposition rate,delay the content of titratable acid and soluble solids reduction,reduce the increase of MDA and SOD activity.Compared with the control,the loss of nutrients was less,the degree of corruption was lighter and the samples could maintain a good freshness.
