A scientific and rational way to delimit basic farmland, are of great significance to protecting cultivated land and food safety and promote regional economic sustainable development.In protection plans for basic farmland, high-quality is paid attention while connectivity is ignored. In the new round of basic farmland protection planning has proposed the "high quality and efficiency, focus on contiguous" planning policy, the high standard basic farmland construction has a very clear request for spatial connectivity of basic farmland.In this background,this paper expand the research on the spatial connectivity of basic farmland. Through the analysis of influencing factors of basic farmland spatial connectivity, construct the least-cost distance model,analyzed the basic farmland spatial connectivity from the spatial aspect, in order to provide a scientific basis for decision making of the demarcation of basic farmland and the construction of high standard basic farmland.This paper in accordance with the definition and construction planning requirements of the basic farmland and the high standard basic farmland, has selected out the "Source" basic farmland,Through a system, comprehensive analysis of the factors of basic farmland spatial connectivity, determined the resistance factor of basic farmland spatial connectivity.According to the "source" of basic farmland and the resistance factors, constructed the lest-cost distance model for the analysis of the basic farmland spatial connectivity.The main results of this study are as follows:1. Frist, this paper used the Delphi method, after careful screen base on the soil quality, site conditions, infrastructure and the spatial pattern factors, construction of screening the "source" basic farmland of the indicator system.we selected eleven primary indicators, Using AHP to calculate the weights of each indicator. We gathered and processed the data based on GIS software platform after determining the polygon of the land use map as the evaluation unit. We screened out the "source" basic farmland of the least-cost distance model. Secondly, on the basis collate and summarize the concept and connotation of the basic farmland and basic farmland spatial connectivity, According to the basic definition of farmland spatial connectivity, analyzed the factors of basic farmland spatial connectivity systematically and comprehensively, determine the resistance factors of the least-cost distance model including the cultivated landquality,spatial distance,transportation accessibility and the elevation.2.By constructed the least-cost distance model,evaluated and analyzed the spatial connectivity of basic farmland in Luoding city. Through the research there can be the following conclusions:(1) Luoding City basic farmland of spatial connectivity on the whole it is generally good, which is conducive to building a high standard basic farmland. The area of the basic farmland with better spatial connectivity is 35,003.92 ha, accounting for 65.36% of total basic farmland area. But there are some which spatial connectivity is poor are incorporated into the basic farmland, mainly in the northwest and south of Luoding. The basic farmland contiguous property in the spatial distribution, mainly in the central and northeast of Luoding contiguous space better, followed by the southern, northwestern and northern poor.The basic farmland spatial connectivity, from the spatial distribution, the best is the central and the northeastern of Luoding city,the followed is southern,northwestern and northern is poor.(2)Empirical and comparative analysis of the results with the actual,it showed that the use of least-cost distance model to analyze the basic farmland spatial connectivity is the practical. It can provide a method for the high standard basic farmland construction and the demarcation of basic farmland.3.By contrast, the results show that, considering the number of factors can increase the accuracy of basic farmland spatial connectivity evaluation, better able to accurately interpret the definition of basic farmland spatial connectivity nature.
