Study On Adaptability Of Hu Sheep And Chuanzhong Black Goats In South China

Chinese sheep industry is now in rapid development period, while there exits obvious regionality. Compared with the north region, Compared with the north region, high temperature in summer is the main reason why the sheep industry is in low development in south. In order to solve the adaptability of introduced sheep in the south region, this study selects Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goats as the research objects, through statistical analysis the Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goat production performance change, physiological and biochemical indexes and heat stress, and high fecundity candidate genes to provide reference data for further research and production practice.The results showed that:(1) In short term, introduced Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goat lambs birth weight significantly decreased(P<0.05), the rate of lambing and weaning survival significantly decreased(P<0.01), while the change of female lamb birth weight was not significant(P>0.05). The one year rising trend in production performance of the Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goats shows that it have some connetction with Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goats possess strengthen environmental adaptation ability.(2) When 75?THI <85, following the THI rising, the respiratory rate of Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goats were significantly increased(P<0.01), the rectal temperature of the overall upward trend, and the respiratory rate and rectal temperature of Hu sheep are higher than Chuanzhong Black goats. This suggests that the Chuanzhong Black goat heat-resisting ability is stronger than Hu sheep. For Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goat, the associations between the THI and heat stress are : THI <<75, with no heat stress period; 75?THI<79, mild heat stress period; 79?THI<85, moderate heat stress period.(3) Under the conditions of high temperature and low temperature, the differences among Hu sheep, Chuanzhong Black goat heat group and non heat resistant T4 group were significant(P<0.01), which indicates that T4 could be used as biochemical indexes for judgment of Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goat with different heat tolerance ability. Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goats in the early stage, the thermal stress, blood biochemical indexes of CK, Na+, and the expression of HSP70 increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01), TP, LDH, SOD, T4, cor significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01), while Glu, bun, K+ changes were not significant.(4) Hu sheep, Chuanzhong Black goat HSP70-1 gene 1112 point and HSF1 gene 1451 point had no polymorphism, and the results show that the two sites are not suitable as creening markers in heat resistance.(5) Hu sheep and Chuanzhong Black goat GDF9 gene polymorphism don't exist; Chuanzhong Black goat BMPR-IB gene don't exist polymorphism, the genotype is ++; The BMPR-IB gene is detected in Hu sheep, it has three types genotypes: ++, B+, BB, the gene frequency of B and + are: 89.68%, 10.04%, allele B was the dominant allele, gene and litter size correlation significantly(P<0.05), BMPR-IB gene can be used as the main gene of the candidate gene for prolificacy in Hu sheep; Hu sheep Gn RHR gene polymorphism don't exist, the genotype is AA; The Gn RHR gene is detected in Chuanzhong Black goat. it has three types genotypes: AA, AB, BB, the gene frequency of A and B are: 50.45%, 49.55%, Gn RHR G8 gene mutation can't serve as Chuanzhong black goat high prolificacy candidate gene.
