1 Research on genetic diversity and phylogenetic system of native sheep breeds in the region to the East and South of Central AsiaThe paper was studied with Chinese native sheep populations including Tan sheep, small-tailed Han sheep, Hu sheep, Tong sheep and Wadi sheep, with other 10 Asian native sheep populations around China by foreign scholars as the analyzed background. Adopting different analytical thoughts to study genetic diversity and phylogenetic system of native sheep breeds in the region to the East and South of Central Asia, the results showed that:1.1 The result of classic cluster analysis, principal components analysis, the STRUCTURE software dynamic classification, genetic approach degree analysis and the F statistics analysis demonstrate that of the native sheep breeds in the region to the East and South of Central Asia could be classified into three genetic groups:"Mongolia sheep group""South Asia–Southeast Asia sheep group"and"Tibetan sheep group", and the division of the three genetic groups generally conform to their geography distribution.1.2 Principal components analysis showed that accumulative eigenvalue proportion of the first eight principal components is up to 86.186%, among which the first three principal components were 50.172%. The first, the second and the third explained 23.3454%, 14.4035%, and 12.4235% of total variation, respectively. The 2D and 3D scattering plots of principal components analysis generally illuminated the genetic differentiation relationship and phylogenetic system structure among groups; and the more proportion of total variation principal components could explain, the more exactly of relationship among groups could be illuminated.1.3 That the number of presumptive groups were 2 or 3 got from STRUCTURE...
