| The use of pesticide has benefited human being a lot on the agriculture and the pests control, but has also brought the world's most concerned problems of pesticide residues on the organisms, food, agricultural and subsidiary products and environment. The pesticide is used mostly on vegetables.The level of pesticide residues is the most important factor to see to what extent the food has been polluted.Based on the investigation of vegetables pesticide residuesin Zhangmutou town of Dongguan city from 2012 to 2014, Guangdong Province, and according to food sanitation standard and by comparing the pollution status of vegetables,the situation of pesticide residues pollution were obtained and assessed. Some countermeasures to the problems of the pesticide residueand its control are put up.The main results were as following:The situation of vegetables pesticide residuesin Zhangmutou town of Dongguan cityhas been much improved. The vegetables pesticide residue qualified rate is 98.8% in 2012, 99.54% in 2013 and 99.52% in 2014. The qualified rates are all above 98.5%. The safety of pesticide residues in vegetables is in good condition, but the safety of pesticideis lower than that of other three nearest neighbors town, ig.Fenggang town, Xingxi town and Xiefang town. As to vegetable species, the order of the qualified rates were: melon & fruitvegetables( 99.84%)> other vegetables(99.26%)>rootvegetables(99.13%)>beansvegetables( 98.66%)>leafvegetables(98.58%) in 2012, root 100% >melon and the fruit 99.90% > other 99.85% >beans 99.63% > leaf 99.44% in 2013, root 100% >beans 99.88% > other 99.81% >melon and the fruit 99.77% >leaf 99.43% in 2014. From vegetable sources,the order of the qualified ratesfor pesticide residues in vegetables werethe wholesale market( 99.78%)> market( 99.25%)> production base(97.7%)> supermarket(97.5%) in 2012, the wholesale market( 99.87%)> market(99.67%)> production base(99.21%)> supermarket(99.19%) in 2013, and market(99.74%)>wholesale market(99.72%)>supermarket(99.27%)>production base(99.12%). in the same pattern in different parts of China owning to our own situation, and the individual plantation is the main method used in agriculture, which is different from the method of massive farming in the developed countries. These have increased the uncertainty of the amount of pesticide residues on agricultural products. During the process of planting, what kind of pesticide has been used is hard to control and it is even harder to determine the amount of the pesticide residues, so it is quite necessary to improve the determination work of the pesticide residues. Zhangmutou town vegetable pesticide residue regulatory work including established vegetable pesticide regulatory system( Zhangmutou agricultural products quality safe inspection station, pesticide testing room in vegetable sales units etc.); the establishment of vegetableproduction environment monitoring system; agricultural products quality safe propaganda.The vegetable safety problem caused by the pesticide residues is not certain right now, but problemsare prominent; including the standardization process are weaks, market quasi and accesspolicy are inadequate, weak technologicalpowers.There were some hidden problem such asdispersion of vegetableplot, low safety awareness of farmers, the origin of the environmental pollution, pesticide excessive and processing additives excessive etc in vegetable production and vegetable safetyin Zhangmu town.So itstill isnecessary to further strengthen the detection work of the pesticide residues and the evaluation of the safety of pesticide residues on vegetables.In order to solve those problems, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: ?. strengthening the construction of standardized system, ?. strengthening the construction of pesticide residues detection system,?. executionmarket quasi and accesspolicy, ?. the implementation of agricultural product identification management and the establishment of agricultural products traceability system. |
