| Pesticide residues give rise to serious social and economic problems for doing harm to human health,reducing agricultural production and especially impacting export trade of vegetables.Reasonable utilization of pesticide,developed detection techniques for remains and powerful governing were thought of effective approaches to solve the above problems.In this study,we determinated organophosphorus pesticide residues on the 39512 samples of 26 kinds of vegetables in Changsha from Dec,2007 to Sep,2008.The major results were as follows:1.Organophsphorus pesticide residues were detected in 26 kinds of vegetables.The result showed that the pass rate was different between the different kinds of vegetables.It was lower in March and May by fast method,accounting for 95.80%and 95.30%, respectively.The pass rate was lower in June and July by normal method,accounting for 98.05%and 98.11%,respectively.2.In the three different vegetables,the pass rate of or ganophosphorus pesticide residues were 99.05%,98.15%and 98.55%by fast method,respectively in the leaf, legumes,melon and fruit vegetable;which was 99.83%,99.61%and 99.90%respectively by normal method.3.The pass rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues of the major vegetables in the super market was 97.22%and 98.98%,by fast and normal method respectively,it was a little lower than the agricultural market which was 97.39%and 99.02%,by fast and normal method,respectively.4.The pass rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues of the major vegetables had much difference from different place.The pass rate of Shuijia village Liuyang city and Jinnan village Lixiang county was the lowest by fast method,accounting for 85%and 87.50%,respectively.The pass rate of Shuijia village Liuyang city and Zhenrenqiao village Wangcheng county was the lowest by normal method,accounting for 90%and 92.50%,respectively... |
