A total of 12 inbred lines of sweet corn which genetic diversity was used selectively as parents,35 crossing combinations were made according to the Griffing method II incomplete diallel cross.In order to study on 13 main traits of hybrized combinationsF1 hybrids.Maintraits of hybrizedcombinations of sweet corn were studied as follows: heterosis analysis,combining ability,heritability analysis,genotype correlation and path analysis among sugar content and main traits.Accoding to analysis,the conclusions are evaluated as follows:(1)The heterosisof F1 are widespread in sweet corn,There is advantage in combination of by parents of hybrid combinations selected in this experiment,and most traits in average and transgressive negative part is generally less than positive one.According to the average of the advantage index,The advantage index of Grain yield traits is maximum,Singleear weight,Grainnumberperrow,Ear length,Plant height,Starch,Ear row number,Ear width,Earheight,Solubleprotein,Stem diameter,Soluble sugar,the minimum is 100-grain weight.Therefore,to the choice of these traits,Grain yield is the maximum advantage index variation coefficient,then single weight,earlength,starch, grain number per row,Solublesugar,100-grain weight,earheight,plant height, stem diameter,ear row number and soluble protein,with ear width minimum variation coefficient of the traits.According to 35 hybridized combinations can be concluded from this, when the choice of the 13 main traits,the three traits of grain yield,single ear weight and ear length selection is largest,and the 10 traits of the rest of starch,grain number per row, soluble sugar,100-grain weight,ear height,plant height,stem diameter,ear row number,soluble protein and ear width are smaller variation coefficient,selectivity are relatively smaller.(2)In all types of combining ability,soluble sugar the closest relationship with the effect of size of the combining ability,There is a difference of the GCA between the same traits in different inbred lines and different traits in inbred lines.In this experiment,the GCA of soluble sugar content in sweet corn is stand out,and community trait GCA of grain yield and composition factor is the better choice is Code 38,it should assemble to together.In breeding process, it has pay attention to the choice of inbred lines of GCA, and consider to the combination of SCA.(3)From the broad sense heritability and narrow heritability,to analysis the heritability, in the test of the 13 main characters,Broad sense heritability from maximum to minimum is single weight,grain number per row,100-grain weight,ear row number,ear length,plant height,ear height,grain yield,ear width and starch,soluble protein,soluble sugar,stem diameter.Also,the narrow sense heritability from maximum to minimum is single weight,ear width,plant height,ear length,ear row number,100-grain weight,grain number per row, soluble protein,soluble sugar,starch,ear height,grain yield and stem diameter.Therefore,the 4 properties of generalized heritability and narrow heritability values in single weight,ear row number,ear length and plant height are larger,while the choice should be conducted in early generation as early as possible.And broad heritability and narrow heritability values of stem diameter and soluble sugar content are smaller,so it can't be carried out in accordance with the selection of the former period selection.(4)In this experiment,the genetic correlation coefficient betweenthe soluble sugar content of sweet corn and the main traits,it from maximum to minimum,which is starch, ear row number, plant height,ear height,ear width,grain yield,100-grain weight, single weight,stem diameter,ear length,grain number per row,soluble protein,Among, starch, ear row number, plant height,ear height,ear width,grain yield,100-grain weight, single weight traits and soluble sugar content have extremelysignificant positive correlation.When breeding the high yield of sweet corn varieties,it can consider to choose these types of properties of high performance.although it is not significant correlation coefficient which is relatively large,so it can give priority to that in the breeding of sugar sweet corn varieties.(5)The direct path coefficients between soluble sugar content and main traits from strong to weak are:Stem diameter,Ear width,Starch,Ear height,100-grain weight, Single weight,plant height,ear row number,grain number per row,soluble protein,ear length,grain yield.It show that the correct reasonable choice and should be considered during the processofbreeding of sweet corn varieties.
