In the recent years, with the growing market demand and prices steadily rising about Polygonati Rhizoma,wild resources reserves is declining rapidly, coupled with long-term asexual could easily lead to species degradation and the medicines quality instability, so the sexual reproduction of Polygonati Rhizoma is imperative in production. In this experiment,we studied the fruit and seed with different treatment, analyzed the characteristics of its fruit and seed maturation, germination and the seeding technology, aimed at resolving the problem of serious flower and fruit drop rate, low seed germination rate, low emergence rate and long emergence time. The main results are as follows:1. The maturity characteristics of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua fruit and seedPolygonatum cyrtonema Hua with serious flower drop rate in the early of the cultivation,was 49.43%; serious lodging rate in the end of the cultivation, was 65.71%, eventually leading to low fruiting rate, was 14.14%. High fruiting rate of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua strain, and fruiting rate was low of the top. From September 1st to November 1st, the fruit maturity of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua was getting higher and higher, different colored fruits change significantly. After October 1st, the fully mature black soft fruits begin to appear,and has less mature green fruit and half dark green fruit. On November 1st, fully mature dried black fruit begin to appear.The green fruit and dark green fruit of September 1st, seed quality was best after fermentation 20 days, the green fruit seed of thousand grain weight, 500-seed volume, seed viability were the highest. The dark green fruit seed of thousand grain weight, 500-seed volume, seed viability, germination energy were the highest. The other seed quality indexes was better. The seed quality inferior after dried in the shade. The green fruit and dark green fruit of September 15 st, seed quality was the best after respectively fermentation 19 days and16 days,the thousand grain weight, 500-seed volume and seed viability were the highest,other seed quality indexes were better; The seed quality inferior after dried in the shade. The green fruit and dark green fruit of October 1st, seed quality was the best after respectively fermentation 16 days and 4days,the green fruit seed of thousand grain weight, 500-seed volume, the dark green fruit seed germination, germination energy were the highest, other seed quality indexes were better.The green fruit and dark green fruit of October 15 st and November 1st, seed of thousand grain weight, 500-seed volume and seed viability were all better than early sampling. Flower thinning reduced seed yield, but has little effect on seed quality. The section of 4th to 9th, seed yield and thousand grain weight were all higher than those of 10 th and above.2. The germination characteristics of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua seedThe seed germination rate storage were highest in the wild. The seed will lose germination ability,with the extension of storage time, under different processing conditions,the seed moisture, seed viability, germination energy and germination percentage showed a downward trend. GA3 and 6-BA on germination of freshly harvested seeds of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua rarely works, seeds by low temperature sand storage, used 200mg/L GA3 processing 36h,germination rate could be up to 96% ? Sulfuric acid will corrode the endosperm, damage the germination ability of seeds. It showed that the hard of the seed and the large proportion of the endospermthe,was not the reason to hinder germination.3. The planting technology of Polygonatum cyrtonema HuaWhen sowed in November, December, February and March in the next year, the germina tion rate, seedling height, leaf area and chlorophyll had no significant difference. But the seedl ing quality was better when sowed at the end of December and February, so it was the most s uitable time to sow. However, the seedling quality was the worst when sowed after the end of April, so it was not suitable.Seedling quality has no significant difference when using differen t sowing methods, but the seedling quality was better when choose the Broadcast Sowing, thei r emergence number, seedling height, leaf area, All of them were the best. From the emergen ce of quality and planting cost consideration, with shade net covering seedbed, Solomon's seal seed sowing depth was 1.5cm, seeding rate was 23.5g.Primary rhizomes were soaked by 0 ~ 300mg/L AB, which cannot Germination. The Primary rhizomes of the Polygonatumcyrtonema Huad were soaked 24 h by the 0 ~ 300 mg / L CD. Their germination rate with the concentration increases, up to 70%.The Primary rhizomes of the Polygonatumcyrtonema Huad were soaked by the 300 mg / L CD. Their germination rate in the range of 0 ~ 24 h with increasing immersion time increases, up to 70%.The Primary rhizomes of the Polygonatumcyrtonema Huad were soaked 24 h by the 300 mg/ L 6-BA and their germination rate increases first and then growing trend at 15 ? ~30 ?.Their germination rate up to 76.67% at 25 ?. Their survival rate of seedlings up to100% at 15 ?.The seedling emergence, seedling surviva, leaf area, chlorophyll of Primary rhizomes were high in light 12 h than 24 h.Primary rhizome germination rate was the highest in dark conditions, but it can not survive. Their germination rate, height, leaf area and shoot ratio with increasing depth of soil covering and reduce soil covering 1cm ~ 3cm within range, The germination rate86.67%, height2.05 cm, leaf area3.54, shoot ratio4.57 of primary rhizomes of soil covering 1cm growth were the maximum.
