Bletilla striata (Thund.) Reichb.f is a genus of herbaceous perennial flowers. Bletilla not only has high ornamental value, but also is one of our traditional Chinese medicines, its bitter, sweet, astringent, cool, lung, stomach, liver. Functional convergence bleeding, swelling and tissue regeneration, treating pulmonary bleeding, traumatic bleeding, carbuncle swollen sore, chapped skin, burned. With the increasing demand of Bletilla, resulting in wild Bletilla and excessive excavation; as the same time,the destruction of natural habitats, but also exacerbated the reduction of wild resources, wild Bletilla on the verge of extinction. Tending this resourse should be urgently neededly. In this paper,based on its seeds and plantlets as materials, investigate the seed germination characteristics under natural conditions and germination of symbiotic bacteria on tissue culture, and how to improve transplanting survival measures.Provide the theoretical basis for solving the above problems.In order to know the natural seed germination characteristics of Bletilla, establish the technical of germination, we used the original habitat planting methods, explore the different cover on seed germination, summed up the natural seed germination characteristics and properties of natural death of Bletilla, and for different sowing methods on seed germination rate and germination and growth indices were also some analysis. The conclusion is that30g/L soluble starch was used for seed germination and sucrose for seedling growth.In order to investigate the effect of the natural environment on survival rate of transplanted tissue culture, and hereby choose Bletilla original habitat and other orchid plants, Fangxiang Township is from Guizhou province. As so far, there are no reports about Bletilla transplanting plantlets in nature. This paper uses the transplanting native habitat, explore the different months of the fresh weight of transplanting, transplanting survival rate, longitudinal diameter, affecting diameter, corms area, root number and total root length and other aspects. The results show that the relative in August and September and October and July, July is the best time of transplanting, July transplanting tissue culture in fresh weight, height, total root length and other indicators are the best.
