In this experiment,Three representative provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.in Henan(Song county-high altitude provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,it has the characteristics of slow growth and high yield;Yichuan county-low altitude provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,and 60%-70% Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.planted in Henan area are this provenances;Fangcheng county-The genuine source Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.of Fangcheng area)are selected as the research objects.According to the crops for rotation time and common problems in the field planting,set four transplanting dates,fall transplanting: transplanting date I(September 28,2013),transplanting date II(October 28,2013),transplanting date III(November 28,2013),spring transplanting: transplanting date IV(March 20,2014),study the effect of four different transplanting dates to three Henan representative provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.on the growth and development characteristics and quality,explored the suitable transplanting date for Henan area Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..Determine standardized cultivation for Henan area Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.and provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the cropping system.The main results are as follows:1.The yield of tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B yield(The product of the index component content and the yield of the harvest period)as the index,the suitable transplanting date for three Henan provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.is transplanting date II.At harvest time,the yield of tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B of three Henan provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.at transplanting date II are as follows: Song county > Fangcheng county > Yichuan county.The results showed that: Transplanting date II is more conducive to Song county provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.for the accumulation of effective components yield.2.The salvianolic acid B content in all treatments are at the end of June reached maximum;tanshinone IIA content showed:Song county provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.for transplanting time I and III reached maximum in early August,transplanting time II and IV reached maximum in the end of June;Four transplanting dates Yichuan reached the highest at the end of June;Fangcheng county provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.for transplanting date I and IV reached the maximum in early August,transplanting date II and III up to the maximum at the end of June.It shows the composition and proportion of secondary metabolites in root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.in different growth stages were in a dynamic change,and transplanting dates and provenances had significant effects on the accumulation of effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..3.The root dry matter accumulation of Song county and Yichuan county provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.showed: transplanting date I and II high,transplanting date III and IV low;and Fangcheng county provenances root dry matter accumulation showed: transplanting date II and III high and transplanting date I and IV low.Three provenances are transplantingdate IV root dry matter accumulation smaller,indicating that the transplanting in spring is not conducive for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.root dry matter accumulation.4.The transplanting time have an obvious effect on the root length,diameter of main roots per plant,root number,plant height,stem diameter and shoot fresh weight of three provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..The plant stem diameter and maximum leaf top students leaflet length,width of three provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.don't have significant differences in four transplanting dates,transplanting in spring is more advantageous to root diameter growth of Song county provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..5.In the time of six months before the harvest time,the study of dry matter accumulation,aging related indicators,and phenolic acids synthetic related PPO activity in leaves and root activity shows that: Transplanting time and provenances have varying degrees impact of the dynamic change process and final accumulation of the relevant indicators.6.At harvest time,tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B content in the three provenances Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.of four transplanting dates,are higher than provisions of Chinese pharmacopoeia,can be widely planted in the field.
