The Procedures And Efficacy Of Diclazuril Prevente And Control Hu Sheep Coccidiosis

Coccidiosis is a common parasitic disease which seriously endangering the healthy development of the sheep industry.The sick sheep growth retardation and decreased reproductive performance,and even death.This study from October 2014 to December 2015,application of saturated salt solution floating and Mc Master counting to examine before and after treatment fecal samples,collected coccidiosis oocysts from coccidiosis positive samples,cultured and appraised them,explore the drug program and effect of diclazuril on prevention sheep and lamb naturally infected with coccidiosis.1.In order to explore the suitable drug times,santicoccidial and different kinds of coccidiosis effects of diclazuril to weaned lamb coccidiosis infected naturally,as well as weight gain and economic benefits,provide scientific reference and basis for sheep coccidiosis prevention and control.In October 2014 to December 2015,selected 90 weaned lambs at 50 day of Henan animal husbandry Co.,Yamamori confirmed infected coccidiosis by fecal examination as experimental animals.By trial design is divided into 7 treatment groups,Respectively as designed of the medication routine fed with Diclazuril,also set up a control groups without medication.Application of saturated salt solution floating and Mc Master counting checked Coccidia and counted the number of oocysts in per gram of stool(OPG),collected coccidiosis oocysts from positive samples and cultured them.According to before and after treatment the rate of reduction of Coccidia oocysts,oocysts negative rate,the average rate of weight gain judged efficacy and repellents weight gain efficiency of Diclazuril.The result shows that: Diclazuril 1mg·kg-1bw as drug dose once a day,two days in a row and feed once every 14 days,the treatment effect of weaned lamb natural infection coccidiosis is best.The oocyst negative rates after treatment 7d,14 d,28d,42 d,56d were 100%,81.82%,81.82%,54.55%,90.91%.The oocysts reduction rates were100%,87.37%,98.38%,71.80%,99.38%.The average rate of weight gain compared with the control group,the difference extremely significant(P<0.01).The weight gain benefit is significant.Total found ten kinds of sheep coccidia oocysts before administration.After treatment 14 d,check out E.bakuensis(37.91%),E.marsica(55.33%),E.granulose(6.76%).It turn out that Diclazuril have significant effect on resist E.parva,E.ovinoidalis,E.ahsata,E.crandallis,E.granulose,E.punctata,E.pallida,E.weybridgensist this seven kinds of Eimeria species.2.In this study,explore the suitable drug times,santicoccidial and different kinds of coccidiosis effects of Diclazuril to lactating ewes naturally infected coccidiosis,as well as when ewes application Diclazuril,its lamb coccidiosis control efficiency,weight gain and economic benefits,provide technical methods for prevention and control of coccidiosis in sheep.In September 2015 to December 2015,selected 24 lactating ewes of Henan animal husbandry Co.,Yamamori confirmed infected coccidiosis by fecal examination as experimental animals,By trial design is divided into 7 treatment groups,Respectively as designed of the medication routine fed with Diclazuril,also set up a control groups without medication.Application of saturated salt solution floating and Mc Master counting checked out the Coccidia infect solution of ewes and lambs,and counted the number of oocysts in per gram of feces(OPG),collected coccidiosis oocysts from positive samples and cultured them.According to before and after treatment the rate of reduction of coccidia oocysts,oocysts negative rate,the OPG of lambs infection coccidian,the average rate of weight gain judged efficacy and repellents weight gain efficiency of Diclazuril.The result shows that:Diclazuril 1 mg·kg-1bw as drug dose one time a day,stay 2 days,prenatal and postpartum a week feed drug one time,the prevention effet of breastfeeding lambs naturally infected with coccidiosis is best.The oocyst negative rates after treatment28 d,35d,42 d,49d were 100%,83.33%,100%,100%.The oocysts reduction rates were 100%,96.67%,100%,100%.The average rate of weight gain compared with the control group,the difference extremely significant(P<0.05).The weight gain benefits is significant.Total found ten kinds of sheep coccidia oocysts before administration.After treatment 14 day,check out E.bakuensis(37.91%),E.marsica(55.33%),E.granulose(6.76%).It turn out that Diclazuril have significant effect on resist E.parva,E.ahsata,E.Pallida this three kinds of Eimeria species.
