With the optimization and adjustment of livestock industry structure.Sheep industry has become one of the important industries to promote the development of agricultural economy in pastoral areas of China, and its marketization pattern has been formed.Ordos Sinduandi livestock trading market is one of the dynamic live livestock trading markets in Inner Mongolia, which plays a great role in promoting regional economic development. In order to understand and master the infection of three pathogens in sheep in this market. The Coccidiosis infection was detected by floating saturated sucrose solution. The Enterocytozoon bieneusi and cryptosporidium infection were detected by molecular biological methods, and their genotypes and species were identified by sequence analysis.(1)The oocysts of 1082 fresh feces samples from sheep in this market were examined by floating method with saturated sucrose solution. The results showed that the total infection rate of sheep Coccidiosis was 60.8%(658/1082).The highest infection rate was 71.7%(276/385)at 6 months of age,7-12 months of age and >1.The infection rates of Coccidiosis in 1-year-old sheep were 54.4%(281/517)and 56.1%(101/180).The infection rate of Coccidiasis was 62.9%(264/420)in male sheep and 59.5%(394/662)in female sheep. The infection rate of sheep coccidiosis in February,May and October was 74.4%(67/90),69.7%(60/86)and 75.8%(72/95).The infection rate of sheep Coccidiosis in December was 24.0%(23/96).The results showed that sheep Coccidiosis infection was common in this market, and the prevention and control of sheep Coccidiosis infection should be strengthened in the trading link.(2)Based on the ITS gene of E.bieneusi,PCR method was used to detect DNA samples of sheep feces in the trading market, and the total infection rate of E.bieneusi was 20.1%(217/1082).The infection rates of E.bieneusi were 27.5%(106/385),18.0%(93/517)and 10.0%(18/180)in sheep <6 months,7-12 months and >1year old.The infection rate of E.bieneusi was 21.9%(72/420)in male sheep and 17.1%(145/662)in female sheep. The infection rate in March and June was 30.6%(30/98)and 35.2%(32/91).Five known genotypes,BEB6(n = 162),CHG3(n = 6),COS-I(n = 42),CHG1(n = 4)and COS-II(n = 3),were identified by sequencing and comparison of 217 positive PCR products of E.bieneusi.(3)Based on the SSU r RNA gene of Cryptosporidium,PCR method was used to detect DNA samples of sheep feces in the trading market, and the infection rate of cryptosporidium in sheep was 3.6%(39/1082).The infection rates of cryptosporidium were 4.2%(16/385),3.9%(20/517)and 1.7%(3/180)in sheep <6months,7-12 months and >1 year old.Cryptosporidium infection was 5.0%(21/420)in male sheep and 2.7%(18/662)in female sheep. The infection rate of Cryptosporidium in sheep in February and December was12.2%(11/90)and 8.3%(8/96),while the infection rate in March and June was 2.0%(2/98)and 1.1%(1/91).By sequencing comparison of 39 positive PCR products, three Cryptosporidium species were identified as C.xiaoi(n = 30),C.ubiquivum(n = 8),C.bovis(n = 1).The results showed that the infection rate of C.xiao was low in this market in Inner Mongolia, and Cryptosporidium panitensis was the main infection species. In conclusion, the present study found that coccidiasis and E.bieneusi infection were common in sheep in the trading market in Inner Mongolia, and C.xiao was the main infection species, suggesting that regular detection and investigation should be carried out,and rational use of drugs for deinsectization should be used to ensure the healthy development of sheep farming in pastoral areas. The results provide basic data for the prevention and treatment of intestinal parasitic diseases in sheep in pastoral areas of China.
