With the climbing of the price of mutton, people’s enthusiasm of feeding sheep is stimulated.Sheep farmers and sheep farm are growing, and the scale of sheep farm is increasing in recent years.However, the management of sheep field, disease prevention and control system are lagging behind.Besides, with the frequent sheep trade, the threat of disease is becoming more and more serious. There are still some diseases are difficult to be effectively controlled.In 2014, the mid-south of Shandong Province, such as Shanting, Shizhong,Yicheng and Tengzhou of Zaozhuang city and Laiwu city, some infectious diseases with respiratory symptoms were pandemic in large-scale sheep farm in these cities. And this caused a great loss to the farmers. The rapid onset disease,high mortality, accompanied by fever, breathing difficulties and other symptoms, lung autopsy has obvious lesions, but cause of the disease is unknown. In order to investigate the pathogen, looking for a scientific and reasonable control measures carried out in this study.In this study, a plurality of large-scale sheep farm epidemiological investigation conducted to analyze the epidemic of the basic law. For the acquisition of 75 typical diseased parts to carry out laboratory testing, isolated from four main pathogens. By separating, colony staining, staining, initially identified the main pathogens were Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, E.coli and bacillus hemolytic mansoni.Four kinds of pathogens were carried out by biochemical tests, susceptibility test, drug test, mouse functions and 16 SrRNA sequencing of bacteria and other tests. Through the analysis of experimental results, it reconfirmed 4 pathogens, including hemolytic pathogenic bacterium mansoni and the most lethal.In order to find effective prevention and control measures, on the basis, combined with our laboratory research progress and results of the incidence of the law, the possible causative factor analysis,the attempt to develop Taishan pine pollen polysaccharide vaccine as an adjuvant and white oil as an adjuvant inactivated vaccine. Through the vaccine safety trials, animal protection tests and serum antibody titer levels, IL- 4, CD4 +, CD8 + and other testing, the test showed that Taishan pine pollen polysaccharide adjuvant inactivated vaccine and white oil adjuvant inactivated vaccine both had immunogenicity and immune protection. Among them, the Taishan pine pollen polysaccharide adjuvant vaccine was better in the prevention of diseases, and the rate of protecting mice can reach 70 percent. So it is more suitable for clinical disease prevention.
