The Technical Research About Method Of Integrated Control And The Occurrence Regularity Of The Main Injurious Insect Of Cotton In Susong

Based on the previous survey studies,the main cotton pests happen to Susong County was summarized.The occurrence regularity of the main pests,such as Aphis gossyppii Glover,Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur,Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval,was analysed.Chemical resistance of Helicverpa armigera Hubner were studied as well via leaf soaking methods.We proposed the integrated pests managements to cotton main pests.The main results listed as below:1.There were 30 species cotton pests in Susong County,which belonged to 3 class,8 orders,19 family.Aphis gossypii Glover,Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur,Adelphocoris suturalis Jakovlev,Pectinophora gossypiella Saunders,Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval,Bradybaena similaris Ferussac were main pests in cotton field.The occurrence regularity of Aphis gossypii Glover,Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval,Tetranychus urticae Koch and Helicoverpa armigera Hubner showed that the damage happened in early stage,and lasted for a long period,also showed some overlap pheromenon,these pests could cause huge damage to local cotton industry.2.The resistance of Helicoverpa armigera Hubner showed that higher resistance to pyrethroid,and lower resistance to cypermethrin and mythomyl,while the resistance to organophosphorus pesticides were increasing from 1995 to 2001.3.To search for the higher effective chemicals to control Helicoverpa armigera Hubner,90%methomyl and 75%thiodicarb showed highest effects,35%endosulfan and 32.8%mixture of(32%endosulfan+0.8%deltamethyrin)showed well control effects as well.But 2.5%lambda-cyhalothrin,55 esfenvalerate and 44%profenofos showed less well effects.4.We proposed integrated pests managements to control cotton pests in Susong County as follow:planted resistant cotton,enforced field managements and pay attention on controlling cotton pests all the time;based on the field survey on the key stages of pests occurrence,combined both ecological and biological methods and chemical methods to control cotton pests.
