Investigation On Insect Pests Of Jasmine (Jasminium Sambac Ait.) And Integrated Pest Management In You County

Jasmine flower is the main material of Jasmine tea scenting. You county is the only large scale producing region of Jasmine in Hunan province. But the pests seriously restrict the production of Jasmine flower and the development of Jasmine tea in our province. It basically found out the occurrence and harmful situation about the pests after 2 years' investigation .There were about 50 kinds of pests, belonged to 3 Class, 10 Order25 Family. Nauslnoe geomeiralis Guenee,there are 10 generation in a year, it was were seriously suffered from August to October, the larva survive the winter. Trichophyselis cretacea (Batler),a kind of main pests of Jasmine,make a living with bud and tress tip. Contarlnla SP. is so a main pests of Jasmine, there are 6 to 7 generation in a year. The main pests also include Symplezomlas cltrl Chao, Aleurotukerculatus takahashii David et Subramaniam, Frankiniella intona(Trybom), Contarlnla SP.. Tetxanychns cinnabarinus (Boisduvavl). radybaena similaris (Ferussac).The occurrence rules of Nauslnoe geomeiralis Guenee were observed tentatively. We also screened the non-polluted pesticides. It found out that B.t and Avermectin were quite good for controlling Contarlnla SP. And suggestions about the Integrated Pest Management of Jasmine and development on non-polluted production were given.
