We had be proposed new requirements on our afforestation greening work by ecological civilization construction,bringed the most difficult and onerous task to the forestry development about ecological construction.The research and development about tree with soil ball mining machinery that suited to our country ' s forestry conditions is particularly important.It will greatly emancipate the productive force,reduce the cost,enhance productivity,raise survival rate,narrow the gap with the developed countries,improved the mechanization level of landscaping industry.It is important to speed up the construction of the beautiful China and reduce the waste of manpower and resources.For this purpose,this paper designed a tree spade which is mainly used to excavate and transplant the greening big seedling in the nursery,the small skid-steering is its power chassis,it using the slide loader hydraulic system,has a set of single U-blade,completes mining operations.The work device articulated in the front of power chassis,by controlling the hydraulic system,U-blade dynamic rotation into the soil,along the curve move to the bottom of the soil ball,cut out again on the other side,finish digging work.After the design of the whole structure scheme,in order to simplify the mechanics analysis,this paper simplify the complex structure of linkage and split bar group,using the vector analysis completed and determined the movement parameters of the mechanism.By calculating,we can know that this machine has a good stability,the stability larger than two.This paper calculate the digging resistance by the empirical formula,carried on the finite element static simulation analysis to tree spade by Solidworks simulation,optimized its structure,and puted forward the reasonable geometry parameter(front end 200 mm ? after end 160 mm ?thickness 6mm),made mechanics calculation to connecting shaft and pin and carried on the finite element static simulation analysis to tree spade' support frame,determined the structure size.The paper made the simulation and modeling to tree spade device ' lift hydraulicsubsystem,the result shows that the designed hydraulic subsystem can satisfy the use requirement,provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of hydraulic system.This tree spade is mainly used for the big seedling which diameter at breast height is7 cm,the crawler walking and slip function adapted well to the operation conditions of soil softening and narrow work space.The way which U-blade dynamic rotation into the soil by hydraulic driving is the most save energy's way,it also is the new technology in recent years at foreign forestry advanced countries,digging seedlings with soil ball mining is the significant mean to ensure the survival rate of tree.By changing different arc diameter tree spade to dig different size soil ball,it provides a theoretical basis for series production and has important significance.
