Acacia melanoxylon is native to South Australia, as one tallest trees of Acacia. Acacia melanoxylon is a strong positive species, intolerant tree, drought resistance, barren resistance, long life, low temperature capability, and its roots have nitrogen-fixing root nodules, litter, soil improvement performance,it is excellent greening tree species of barren hills, "all around", gardens and road. In addition, with its beautiful wood grain and good material, Acacia melanoxylon has a high application value for furniture and plywood timber. Task Force established seven Acacia pedigree Testing in Fuqing Lingshishan tree farm, the Zhangpu Zhongxi tree farm, Xiapu Yangmeiling tree farm, Quanzhou Luoxi tree farm and Minhou Tongkou tree farm by randomizing block design 2005. The paper take this as the object of study, on the basis of continuous survey of height,diameter and branch height was carried in seven Acacia melanoxylon family of five experiments, soil samples were collected and analysing the pHysical and chemical properties; by collecting meteorological information 2010,the relationship of growth and site factors, growth and meteorological of different testing ground was analysed theoretically, evaluating and filtering out suitable superior families in Fujian site and weather conditions, so as to provide the material basis for the promotion of the Acacia melanoxylon good pedigree. The main findings are as follows:(1) It’s evaluated through the seven Acacia melanoxylon families and five experiment:M4 performs best in seven Acacia melanoxylon pedigrees, followed by M2 and M7 located third, that average increment of M4 annual volume (0.01386m3) was higher 4.1% than the overall average between 2007 and 2011, with that of M2 (0.01380m3) and M7 (0.01368 m3)was higher than the overall average, respectively 3.62% and 2.7%.(2) Zhangzhou test performs best oevrall in five experiments of Acacia melanoxylon, folio wed by Ningde test,Fuqing test located third, that average increment of Zhangzhou annual volume (0.02237m3) was higher 2.7% than the overall average between 2007 and 2011, with that of Ningde (0.01276m3) and Fuqing (0.01117m3) was higher than the overall average, respectively 1.52% and 1.21%.(3) The correlation analysis between the diameter of Acacia melanoxylon and soil 0-1 Ocm,10-20cm and 20-40cm soil site factors shows that:three soil C/N and diameter growth was positively correlated, three soil water holding capacity and diameter growth were negatively correlated. The correlation analysis between the height of Acacia melanoxylon and soil 0-10cm, 10-20cm and 20-40cm soil site factors shows that:soil N content and height growth was positively correlated, soil pH and C/N and height growth were negatively correlated.(4) The correlation analysis between the diameter,height and meteorological factors shows that: the annual precipitation and the growth of diameter and height was positively correlated,additionally,annual average wind speed, annual maximum temperature,annual relative humidity and the growth of diameter and height was negatively correlated.
