Purpose: With the rapid development of horse industry,in order to adapt to the market demand and industry development, cultivating new strains of improvement is imminent. Due to the changes and the different ways of feeding and breeding environment,resulting in hormone level continuouslychangingin the whole estrous cycle and gestation period,leading to disord estrous and miscarriage of horse,which causing a problem in production. This article through to production mare estrous cycle and pregnancy hormone level changes detection, determine the content of different stage of hormone levels, as to provide theoretical basis for breeding work of estrus cycle, in order to improve the horses pregnancy and abortion occurred prevention.Methods:(1)Collecting the blood of the horse in the stage of estrous cycle of 15 mares in the follicular phase, luteal formation and early pregnancy.(2)blood samples were collected from 15 mares in the stage ofpregnant for 13 ~ 15 d every 10 days,there were 6 times in the process.blood samples were collected for a month from 29 mares in the stage of pregnant period more than 90 d, a total of three times.(3)7 mare s bloodsamples of spontaneous abortion were collected, hormone level and biochemical were detected. The datawere analyzed by SPSS software.Result:(1)The production mare pregnant early progesterone and follicular development period extremely significant difference(P < 0.01), and corpus luteum formation period and the difference is significant(P < 0.05), decreased; estradiol levels and corpus luteum formation period and follicular development were extremely significant difference(P < 0.01), a reduced state, while the follicle stimulating hormone and follicle development phase difference was not significant(P > 0.05), and corpus luteum formation period extremely significant difference(P < 0.01), reduce the levels of FSH; luteinizing had no significant difference(P > 0.05), no significant changes. Biochemical detection of albumin content decreased, partial total protein decreased.(2)Pregnancy mares: early pregnancy embryos were in a free state, the levelof progesterone,and estradiol were low, they increased after embryos implantatr to the uterus, luteinizinghormone was in reducingstate,gradually smooth;follicle stimulating hormone was in wavy changes;Gestation period more than 90 d into grassland grazing mare, difference in hormone level changes wassignificant, but without the occurrence of abortion, indicating that pure grassland grazing have a biggerinfluence on the mare hormone levels;(3)the total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin of abortionmares were increased, the content of ofprogesterone was decreased and the estradiol changes irregularly, luteinizing hormone and folliclestimulating hormone did not change significantly.Conclusion: This experiment based on the production of estrous cycle, pregnancy in mares and the hormone level detection after miscarriage, corpus luteum formation estrus cycle the follicle pubertal reproductive hormone levels; Gestational reproductive hormones increased after 13~15 d, pregnancy should be added more than 90 d horse, reduce environmental stimulation; Abortion mare reproductive hormones is reduced, can be used as a test for a normal pregnancy mares important basis.
