Commercial boletes generally refers to the transaction on the market edible boletes in general.Boletes as a biggest group under the Agaricomycetes and has maximum number of groups, because of there are many similar species or with different phenotypes of the phenomenon, the use of the classical taxonomy method was used for species identification difficult. In this paper, we used the method of molecular systematics research for Commercial boletes Yunnan, to accurate identification of boletes, and to provide evidence. In this paper,43 samples in boletes collected from Yunnan as study materials, molecular identification through ITS, LSU, SSU sequencing and Phylogenetic analysis on them though maximum likelihood and maximum parsimony, Albatrellus ellisii as an outgroup. The main findings are as follows:(1) This study investigated the 42 commercial boletes samples in central province of yunnan, after morphological and molecular identification, found 42 samples belonging to 8 genera,13 species.8 genera including Boletus, Rubroboletus, Butyriboletus, Rugiboletu, Retiboletus, Suillus, Sinoboletus, Heimioporus.13 species including Boletus magnificus, Boletus sinicus,Boletus bicolor,Boletus speciosus, Boletus fechtneri, Leccinum extriemirentale, Boletus tomentipes, Boletus griseus, Boletus edulis, Sullus bovines, Boletus brunneissimus, Sinoboletus duplicatoporus, Heimioporus japonicas.(2) Between segments of rDNA three series, based on the evolution speed and the accuracy of the database data such as comprehensive consideration, and the NCBI than as a result, put forward the LSU as porcini molecular identification of the main fragments, ITS as auxiliary reference section; Based on the accuracy of the phylogenetic analysis results, the LSU fragments as porcini more species phylogenetic analysis of the main fragments, SSU fragments as auxiliary.(3) Comprehensive LSU, SSU fragment phylogenetic analysis results show that boletaceae is uniparental groups; B. speciosus and B. fechtneri has a close affinity; B. edulis, B. brunneissimus and B. griseus has a close affinity; Two B. tomentipes samples from NanHua, with B. tomentipes from YiMen has the obvious differences in molecular fragment, support geographical environment differences affect the evolutionary point of view.
