Cloning And Sequence Analysia Of Cytb And CR Gene In2Gobiidae Fishes

The complete sequences of cytb genes in Acanthogobius hasta andOdontamblyopus rubicundus were amplified, cloned and sequenced. The cytb gene ineach species was1141bp in length. Comparing obtained sequences,266nucleotidevariation sites were detected. Transitions were observed to more than transversions,and most of the base substitutions occurred at the third locus of the codon. Incombination with complete cytb sequences of Gobiidae fishes recorded in GenBank，the genetic distance among10Gobiidae species calculated by using kimura-2parameters model ranged from0.118to0.330. The shortest distance occurred betweenNeogobius kessleri and Neogobius gymnotrachelus, being0.118, while the longestone between N. kessleri and A. hasta, being0.330.
