Irrigation area is the foundation of agricultural development in China,reasonable and efficient arrangement of irrigation system,scientific and comprehensive guidance of irrigation area management is the inevitable trend of irrigation area development.At present,the management level and water use efficiency of irrigation districts are generally not high,such as large and medium-sized irrigation districts may exist waste and shortage of water resources.The satellite remote sensing and ground meteorological observation network is not perfect and the fully automated water management mode is difficult to achieve under the current conditions.In view of the above situation,taking Gaoyou Irrigation District as the research object,combined with local water rights conditions and short-term rainfall forecast,the research on real-time irrigation forecast and channel working system evaluation method of Gaoyou Irrigation District can accurately guide the irrigation time and irrigation quota,and reasonably arrange the water distribution of canal system,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the management level and water resources utilization efficiency of Gaoyou Irrigation District.In this paper,theoretical analysis,evaluation model construction and programming and simulation of three ways to study,on the basis of theoretical analysis of real-time irrigation forecast in domestic irrigation area,to Gaoyou irrigation area rice growth period as the research object,using the field water balance method,the parameters of the balance equation were predicted and calculated correction,the irrigation quota and irrigation time in a growth period were obtained.On this basis,the canal water distribution scheme is proposed,and the research method of canal rotation irrigation scheme in Gaoyou irrigation area based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established.The multi-index scheme is compared,and the canal rotation irrigation scheme with primary water is selected.The main results and applications are as follows:1.In view of the difficulty of obtaining the daily water layer and soil water content during the rice growth period in Gaoyou irrigation area,the imperfection of the ground meteorological observation network on the equipment,and the lack of theoretical research on the calculation and correction of soil water content without measured data,this paper takes the field water balance equation as the theoretical basis,combines with the short-duration weather forecast to predict soil water content,and takes Gaoyou irrigation area as an example to deduce the general applicable method for large and medium-sized irrigation areas,and writes the real-time irrigation forecast calculation program based on this theory.2.For the determination of canal system rotation irrigation scheme in Gaoyou Irrigation District,different from the previous single-objective water distribution model with the largest self-flow irrigation area and the smallest water loss,this paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system,which comprehensively evaluates the economy,technology and rationality of the primary irrigation scheme,and has guiding significance for the preparation of canal system irrigation scheme.
