| It is difficult to carry out pests control because of higher plants,spaced narrow,poor air circulation in the middle and later stage of high pole plant crops,such as maize and sorghum.Using artificial handheld plant protection easily lead to poison workers in drug drift and high-temperature operation environment.And the large highland department of plant protection machinery is often energy-intensive and low utilization of pesticides to crops,farmland damage.In response to these problems,this article puts forward a crawler self-propelled hot fogging machine powered by battery instead of operated thermal spray fog machine operation manually.The main subjects of the present study could be summed up into four fields:1)The crawler self-propelled hot fogging chassis-ground mechanical model is established through the the study of the principles of track driving and soil physical properties.and the traction performance of the machines is carry out.Then power matching calculation and model selection can be done based on the study results,and also it is make preparation for structure designing of track self-propelled electric chassis.2)Working mechanism of self-propelled electric track chassis research was researched around the design requirements.Then the main components such as track,motor,reducer,and the battery are selected according to design of mechanical structure and control system.The whole model was built using three-dimensional graphics software CATIA,and the whole rack model modal analysis and structural mechanics analysis are carry out to verify the accuracy of the design model.3)Track self-propelled thermal fog machine electric chassis simulation model was built by using RecurDyn and CATIA software.Combined with actual working conditions,the simulation of track self-propelled thermal fog machine electric chassis traction,steering,obstacle performance are carry out.Results are as follows: Driving resistance can be increased by increasing pre-tension,the pre-tension can achieve good traction performance at 1000 N and the traction performance can be better with increase of cohesive modulus of soil;The stability of crawler chassis unilateral brake cornering performance can be increased by increasing pre-tension,the pre-tension can achieve good steering stability and smaller turning radius at 1000 N of pre-tension on heavy road and the performance can be better with increase of cohesive modulus of soil;Surmounting simulation shows that self-propelled crawler maximum climbing angle is 42 °on sandyroad,vertical obstacle height of 170 mm,the horizontal width of the trench 440 mm.4)The prototype of crawler self-propelled hot fogging machine is trial-manufactured according to the results of preliminary analysis,and Verification by experiment in the experiment field of Anhui Agricultural University.The experimental results showed that:Crawler chassis traction performance test,unilateral brake turn test and simulation data error is less than 10%,So accuracy of the RecurDyn dynamics simulation was verified;Obstacle test data and simulation results vary greatly,the actual obstacle performance show that: maximum climb slope 40 °,the maximum vertical obstacle height 150 mm,maximum width of the trench 380 mm.Finally,a experimen between the rows of corn and equipped with thermal fog machine results show that the crawler chassis has meet the work requirements of fogging machine and driving flexible between two lines of corn. |
