This experiment was completed in experimental field in Anhui Agriculture University in Huainan city and agricultural garden area 2015-2016.Through the cultivation test,selection of Cucumis melo varieties(lines)"Nan Niu" as the test material,planted in 4 years of continuous cropping melon crisp,after conventional cultivation,obtain crisp melon production.Test set up a total of five experimental treatment:the cN1 and cn2,CN3,CN4 and processing bottom respectively applying lime nitrogen 100,180,260,340 kg/hm2,and the other set of base fertilizer CK treatment as control.Study on the effect of lime nitrogen on crisp melon soil enzyme activity and soil microbial counts,soil pH value and EC value,and the influence on Photosynthesis Characteristics of the seedling,flowering and fruiting periods of light and crisp melon weight.The experiment also discussed the problems in the actual application rate of lime nitrogen to the crisp melon cultivation.The main results are as follows:1 the effect of lime nitrogen on the soil vitality of the melon under continuous croppingEffect of lime nitrogen to the crisp cucumber continuous cropping soil vitality,mainly from the soil enzyme activity,soil in three main microbial total and soil pH and water solution salt content changes to reflect.The experimental results show that can significantly improve the vitality of the soil,which soil catalase activity,urease activity,invertase activity with lime nitrogen concentration increased,and a positive correlation;the activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO)decreased with the increase of lime nitrogen concentrations,as its negati ve correlation.The trend of soil bacteria and actinomycetes in lime nitrogen treatment under total showed decreased first and then increased and after 20 days of treatment,the number of significantly more than the control group;soil actinomycetes number decreases with the increase of lime nitrogen concentration decreased significantly,indicating that soil after lime nitrogen by fungi of turn for the bacteria.Soil pH value and EC value were significantly improved in 1 days,10 days and 20 days after lime nitrogen treatment.The experimental data showed that the amount of lime nitrogen in the soil of continuous cropping was the most suitable for 260kg/hm2.2 Effect of lime nitrogen on the growth and yield of continuous cropping2.1 different lime effect of nitrogen fertilizer on Photosynthetic Characteristics of crisp melon leavesIn continuous cropping crisp melon seedling,flowering and fruiting periods were measured the leaf light photosynthetic characteristics.The results show that lime nitrogen significantly increased the continuous cropping crisp melon leaf net photosynthesis photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration,stomatal conductance;which improve in crisp melon flowering and fruiting rate higher.Lime nitrogen can significantly improve the chlorophyll content in the leaves of continuous cropping melon crisp amounted to 20%,effectively alleviate the physiological disorders of continuous cropping melon crisp and enhance photosynthetic capacity of the leaves,in the stages of crisp melon,providing adequate nitrogen,to ensure the production of crisp melon.Treatment group and control group were as follows:CN3>CN2>CN4>CN1>CK,which is the most significant lime nitrogen fertilizer for 260kg/hm2.2.2 effect of nitrogen content on different lime crisp melon yieldLime nitrogen after treatment compared with the control group,the yield increased,the biggest difference is increased by 26.3%,yield significant results,the most suitable concentration for 260kg/hm2.
