This paper selects 193 wheat varieties?lines?as the experimental material,studies the variance analysis and correlation of some quality traits such as carotenoid content,LOX activity,whiteness parameters,near infra-red spectroscopy parameters,RVA parameters,also discussed the distribution of carotenoids content and the clustering analysis;determinated the content of carotenoids and used the quantitative character of main-polygene mixed genetic model to analysis and estimat of genetic parameters in random hybrid combinations F3 generation group of High and low carotenoids combination "Meng 0308 / Wankang 18".The following main results:1.With the 193 wheat varieties?lines?,the range of carotenoids content of whole wheat flour is 0.7473.656 mg·kg-1 and with an average is 2.03 mg·kg-1,the highest carotenoids content varieties?lines?meng 0308 is 4.89 times to the lowest carotenoids content varieties?lines?Yang mai 16,so relate to the other quality traits,carotenoids content range move is larger.Difference between varieties?lines?of carotenoids content reached extremely significant level,so that genotype had a great influence on carotenoids content of wheat.2.193 wheat varieties analysised by cluster can be divided into three categories:the first category includes 69 varieties,and the average for carotenoids content is 1.88 mg·kg-1,LOX activity is 31.13 AU·min-1·g-1,whiteness is 70.69;the second category includs 110 varieties,and the average for carotenoids content is 2.11 mg·kg-1,LOX activity is 51.13 AU·min-1·g-1,whiteness is 70.42;The third category includs 14 varieties,nd the average for carotenoids content is 2.21 mg·kg-1,LOX activity is72.98AU·min-1·g-1,whiteness is 71.31.3.Carotenoids content was highly significant positive correlated with LOX activity and yellowness,was highly significant negative correlation with the reddishness;but has no obvious correlation between the other quality traits such as wet gluten content,protein content,flour yield,brightness and whiteness,peak viscosiy,holding trough,final viscosity,breakdown,setback,peak time and pasting temperature,etc.4.In this study,the carotenoids content of 193 varieties doesn't accord with normal distribution,the distribution present two peaks so that the carotenoids is a quantitative trait controlled by multiple main genes.This study attempts to 3% of proportion to screen varieties of high and low carotenoids content for germplasm resources,obtain high carotenoids content resources for six varieties,includs Meng 0308?Huaimai 22?Fengkang 2 hao?Xumai 270?Huapei 212 and Jimai 21;five low carotenoids content varieties,includs Lunxuan 22,Yang 16,Yangfumai 5242,Wanmai 54 and 07 anhui 03,etc.5.In this study,used mixed genetic model of quantitative trait of main-polygene builded by Gai Junyi?2003?[91] to analysis genetic and genetic parameter estimates of random hybrid combinations F3 generation group of "Meng 0308 / Wankang 18".The result showed that the B-1 model can be used as the optimal genetic model for the group,suggests that the hybrid combinations F3 generation group of "Meng 0308 / Wankang 18”is influenced by two major genes,and the two major genes had additive + dominant + epistatic effects.Two genes are shown as a negative dominant,and present the negative heterosis.I,j,L all is 0 which indicates that two major genes obviously exist interaction effect.The mutual effects?i?and the additive effect?da?of two major genes are all positive,so that the additive effect has a greater influence on carotenoids content of hybrid system.For F3 group,the major gene inheritability was 85.95%,and the effect of the first gene is bigger than the second gene.
