| Soybean is the main source of plant protein and plant oil.The crude protein content was about 40%,crude fat content was about 18%.The crude protein content of soybean meal after oil extraction is as high as 48% to 50%,is a high-quality plant protein source for animal feed.With the increase of population,the decrease of cultivated land and the influence of agricultural mechanization,the future development of China soybean must rely on increasing the yield per unit area to achieve.This study to Fuyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2007 cultivated of new summer soybean Fudou No.9 as materials.used the method of field experiment,comprehensive evaluation,focus on the development of new soybean varieties in Fudou No.9 fertilizer,planting density and grub control key technology research,formulate the rules of Fudou No.9 high-yield cultivation techniques of Fudou No.9 and the promotion of demonstration.1.Fudou No.9 growth period of about 107 d,a mid-maturation variety.Plant height about 70 cm,oval leaves,purple,gray,main stem 16-17,effective branches 2-3,determinate podding habit.The number of effective pods per plant was 49.30,the number of grain per plant was 99.70,the grain weight per plant was 15.70 g,the 100 grain weight was 16.31 g,the grain was round,yellow and light brown.Good deciduous,lodging-resistant,high yield,good stability,disease resistance.With Anhui Province and national variety test,Fudou No.9 protein content was 41.15%,fat content was 19.76%,to SMV SC3,SC7 were disease resistance,with wide adaptability,quality and comprehensive properties of excellent.Suitable in southern Henan,southern Shandong,Xuzhou and north Anhui in summer sowing.2.Demonstration test :This study set to display test a group of 9 varieties soybean,soybean varieties contained: Fudou No.9,Fudou 13,Fudou 0439,Wandou 28,Xudou 16,Zhonghuang 13(CK),Hedou 13,Xudou 9,Zhonghuang 37.The test results show that the Fudou No.9 in the two test average yield was the highest,compared with CK(Zhonghuang 13)yield 93kg/ hm~2 and increase in 2.57%.3.Density test: The experiment design 4 treatment,every treatment repeat three times: Treatment 1,1.8×10~5 /hm~2,Treatment 2,2.1×10~5 /hm~2,Treatment 3,2.4 ×10~5 /hm~2,Treatment 4,2.7×10~5 /hm~2.randomized arrangement.The results of the trials indicated that Soybean production peak appeared in the planting density of 2.4 ×10~5 /hm~2,it was considered the best planting density of Fudou No.9.4.Fertilizer experiment: The experiment design 4 treatment,every treatment repeat 1 times.Treatment 1:CK,no fertilization;treatment 2: application of compound fertilizer;treatment 3: application of slow release compound fertilizer;treatment 4: inoculation of nodule bacteria.The test of a large area,each area in 12 rows,row spacing of 0.4m,President of 33 m.The results showed that the highest yield was compound fertilizer,followed was inoculation of nodule bacteria.All treatments were more than CK,and the yield increased by 0.1% to 16.8%.This study suggests that application of compound fertilizer or inoculation of nodule bacteria,can significantly improve the yield of Fudou No.9.5.Grub control technology: in Linquan County,Fuyang City,The 30% chlorpyrifos capsule suspensions 7.5kg/hm~2 toxic sand control parallela Mots-chulsky.Experimental results show that this method can be effective in reducing the number of parallela Mots-chulsky in the field and improve the yield of Fudou No.9,as a method of prevention and control of soybean parallela Mots-chulsky.6.Develop procedures for high yield cultivation techniques of Fu Dou No.9.The 2008 to 2015,Fudou No.9 has in Anhui Province along the Huaihe,the Huaibei area,and southeast of Henan,southwest of Shandong,Northern Jiangsu,to cumulative promotion 683 million mu,the output of soybean in the region to promote compared with other local varieties average yield of 10% ~ 15%. |
