Grassland ecosystem is the main body of the ecological environment in Xinjiang, But Xinjiang is located in the arid area, the ecological environment is very fragile, The protection and construction of grassland ecological environment is of great significance to the sustainable development of Xinjiang. Plexus arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and the nature of most plant symbiotic mycorrhizal formation. In grassland ecosystem, AM fungi is part can not be ignored in the degraded grassland ecological restoration has a potentially important role. This study selected the Xiejiagou area, desert steppe and meadow steppe, mountain meadow grassland types four, Explore different grassland types of root colonization of AM fungi diversity of and understanding of grassland in arid regions in AM fungal germplasm resources, and between AM fungi and grassland soil factor relations, for the use of mycorrhizal technology to repair and maintenance of ecological environment of grassland in Xinjiang and puts forward the basic theory. The main results are as follows:1.The infection status of different grassland types was: Meadow grassland > grassland > mountain meadow > steppe desert.2.39 genera and 11 species of AM fungi were identified from 18 species collected from four types of grassland in the rhizosphere soil of 11 kinds of main plants, 10 species belonged to Acaulospora, 1 species belonged to Ambispora, 1species belonged to Archaespora, 1 species belonged to Entrophospora, 2 species belonged Racocetra, 15 species belonged Glomus, 2 species belonged Rhizophagus, 3 species belonged to Funneliformis. 1 species belonged to Paraglomus, and 4 unrecorded sepecies were found from the survey areas.3.Weeding out the original desert, Other grassland types have their own dominant species of AM fungi, Mountain meadow: Claroideoglomus etunicatum and Diversispora tortuosa; Meadow steppe: Claroideoglomus etunicatum; Grassland:Claroideoglomus etunicatum and Funneliformis geosporus.4.The main plants were infected by AM fungi. The organic matter, available nitrogen and available phosphorus were positively correlated with the infection of AM fungi in the rhizosphere soil, the salt and pH were negatively correlated with the AM fungal infection. Under the natural condition, soil factors are closely related to the infection and development of the mycorrhizal fungi. The soil nutrient levels restrict the AM fungi infection and the organic matter and salinity are the key factors.5.AM fungal diversity is closely related to soil factors, and the soil factors restrict and interact with each other as a whole to influence the diversity of AM fungi. The spore density, species abundance and species diversity and soil factors correlation analysis results show a similar trend, soil nitrogen and phosphorus ratio and carbon and nitrogen ratio and AM fungal diversity of each index were positively correlative, the soil pH value and salinity and AM fungal diversity of each index showed a negative correlation.
