The Siziwang grassland of is seriously degraded by human activities.Soil fungi have good compressive properties and affect the stability, diversity and various ecological functions of the ecosystem.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,as the soil fungi most closely related to plants, has important ecological functions in the fragile grassland ecosystem. In this paper,Illumina MiSeq high throughput sequencing technology was used to study the diversity of soil fungi and AM fungi. The community structure and diversity of soil fungi and AM fungi in Siziwang grassland were studied. The results were as follows:(1)There are 8 phylums,42 classes,95 orders,247 families and 522 genera of soil fungi,1 phylum,1 class,3 orders,6 families and 11 genera of AM fungi in the soil of Siziwang grassland.Ascomycota was dominant phylum and Glomus was the dominant AM genus in Siziwang grassland.Fusarium,Alternaria and Trichothecium were the dominant genera of steppe desert, desert steppe and typical steppe respectively. The similarity of soil fungal community composition between steppe desert and desert steppe was higher. At the same time, the diversity and evenness of AM fungi in steppe were the highest than those in desert steppe and typical steppe.(2)There were some differences in community composition of soil fungi and AM fungi in spring and summer in the Siziwang steppe. The relative abundance of Ascomycota and Chytridiomycota in summer was higher than that in spring. The relative abundance of Glomus and Rhizophagus in summer was higher than that in spring. The diversity of soil fungi in spring is higher than that in summer.
