Akesu region is located in the Xinjiang central Tarim basin oasis belt and its edge, in recent years, the region has been the development of jujube planting industry, has become a pillar industry of local economic development.Due to the contradiction between agricultural water, production water and people’s living water, water resources shortage restricts the development of local jujube planting industry. Coupled with the current Chinese jujube irrigation management extensive, mainly irrigation, furrow irrigation, advanced irrigation methods for drip irrigation, water resources serious waste. Mainly through plant transpiration dissipation moisture, stem flow is to point to by transpiration in plant body caused by the increased flow,therefore, to study plant stem flow change law can indirectly reflect the change of plant transpiration rate.The research in the area of Akesu forest in Wensu County Xinjiang Academy of Forestry Sciences Experimental Station of jujube 5-6 years orchard were growing well, no pests, health jujube as the research object, using irrigation drip irrigation(T1) and wells irrigation(T2) irrigation two. Dynamax used by the US company’s Flow-32 package Sap Flow(Sensor Model: SGB25) and synchronized to within plots HOBO microclimate by solar radiation, temperature, humidity and wind speed four environmental factors were measured and in the jujube fruit yield and quality were determined.Through the analysis of stem flow change rule under two kinds of irrigation and water features, which demonstrates well type irrigation the superiority of the new irrigation methods. The main results of this study are as follows:(1) T2 under different irrigation amount, stem flow rate diurnal variation showed a single peak curve,with the increase of irrigation amount, the peak stem flow rate increases, when the average value of stem sap flow rate reaches a certain size no longer increased with the increasing of irrigation rate; jujube stem flow day cumulative variation curves are obvious "S" shape; stem the flow rate and solar radiation,temperature showed a more significant positive correlation between changes in negative correlation with changes in air humidity, and wind speed variation between day curve regularity obvious; by comparing the selected irrigation amount under T2 for the young jujube.(2) T1 and T2 stem flow change rule, under different weather conditions can be obtained: stem flow rate diurnal variation regularity is obvious, stem flow rate variation sunny days are all present a typical single-peak curve wide type, rainy days are irregular multi-peak curve; jujube date cumulative stem the flow change process showed obvious "S" shaped curve, correlation analysis shows that both weather conditions, stem flow rate and solar radiation strongest correlation.(3) T1 and T2 in different growth period: T1 sap flow rate showed a significant diurnal variation,diurnal variation of sap flow showed a single peak curve, T2 stem flow rate showed obvious diurnal variation except W4 Shuang-feng curve, the growth period showed a broad peak curve; the cumulative amount of stem flow variation curve was "S" shape, there are a small amount of accumulated sap flow at night, the daily water consumption and total water consumption showed first increased and then decreased.The stem flow rate is basically consistent with the solar radiation and temperature, in contrast with the air humidity, and the wind speed is not certain.(4) The T1 single output is lower than T2 slightly, the single grain of jujube quality slightly is higher than T2 actually the jujube single grain of quality; total acid and the average content of VC T1 slightly higher than T2; besides Zn, the rest of the K, Ca, Na, Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn content of T1 is greater than the T2;mean value of polysaccharide and average content of total flavonoids T2 higher than T1; mean value of total phenolic content T1 and the T2 difference is not big.
