Chinese jujube(Ziziphus jujube Mill.) originated in China, is the unique advantages of fruit species in our contry.With drought resistance, barren resistance, wind resistance, salt resistance, high yield and suitable for large area development and other characteristics, has become the xinjiang leading industry of increase farmers’ income and developed quickly in recent years.In this paper,different fertilizer in korlagrayjujube on applied research as the research object,the soil nutrient elements of nitrogen phosphorus potassium and salt ions,jujube leaf chlorophyll and nitrogen phosphorus potassium content change in different developmental stages,jujube fruit quality difference and functional material in jujube fruit of Cyclic adenosine monophosphate and tanninsas research content.Explore the influence different fertilization treatments to the orchard soil, leaves and jujube fruit in gray jujube growth period.Through field experiment, field investigation, indoor experiment and experiment analysis, data processing, obtain the following conclusions:(1)Showed that the soil nutrient experiment:through the analysis of differentfertilizer treatment effect of Fertilization on the difference in jujube,treatment one has the best performance in Soil nutrient content,the best keeps of the stabilization to soil nutrient content is deal with five.(2) Showed that the soil salt experiments:Through the analysis of different orchard soil salt content,the jujube orchard soil salt content is low,and if managed properly,it had no effect on the growth of Chinese jujube.(3) Leaf nutrients and chlorophyll experiments show:fertilization helps to improve the content of the leaves of the large number of elements NPK,NPK content in leaves under different fertilization treatments were higher than control treatments,fertilizer promote trees uptake and utilization nitrogen,in the early to promote trees absorption and utilization of phosphorus and potassium.The leaves of treatment one has the maximum chlorophyll content.(4)Fruit quality experiments show that: The fruit of fertilization′s sugar, soluble sugar, sugar acid ratio, vitamin C, protein levels were higher than those without fertilization,proved that fertilization particularly fertilizer treatments on the quality of jujube have some lifting capacity.(5)Cyclic adenosine monophosphate and tannic experiments show that:Jujube cyclic adenosine monophosphate have correlated with nitrogen of soil nutrients and chloride, sodium ions of soil salinity,tannins associated with nitrogen, chloride, potassium, sodium of soil nutrient and salinity.The selected category of the fertilizer experiments,cyclic adenosine monophosphate content of treatments on 3 has the best effect on fruit quality of gray jujube.The highest nutritional value of tannins is the bacterial manure treatment five,and the fruit of bacterial manure treatmen eight taste the best.
