Diet is an important process for the energy intake of all living organisms.With the development of the times,the people's diet concept is changing,becoming more and more attention to nutrition collocation,more and more attention to the nutritional value of food.Since ancient times,China is a large agricultural country,the production of various food crops are among the forefront of the world,the variety of food crops are also rich and varied.In view of China's different regions of the grain crop yield different,and different crops contain nutrients also have great deviation.Therefore,this paper focuses on the above two factors,research on the nutrition components of crops in different regions and geographical factors(temperature and precipitation)for crop growth effects of nutrients in the process.This work is in accordance with the characteristics of agricultural information technology.Through scientific analysis of agricultural dates,it is concluded that the different regions of nutrients emphasis and greater influence in the nutrients,can provide theoretical guidance for the later modern cultivation.Firstly,in order to carry out the experimental analysis,this paper collected the required data from a professional web site such as the National Bureau of statistics and the central meteorological station.The date including crop yield per unit area from 2004 to 2012,mean annual temperature and annual average precipitation in 27 regions,also including the content of 17 kinds of nutrients in 13 kinds of crops,and data cleaning and structural work are carried out.Based on the data,we divide the 27 regions into seven regions according to the geographical area,and then compared the similarity of their crop yields,we find out the regions in a same area have ahigh similarity on the crop yield,while different area regions have a larger difference on crop yield.This shows that the geographical regionalization in China have some certain basis,provinces in a same area have a similar environmental factors.Subsequently,we analyzed the nutrient content of different crops.We find that the carbohydrate content in the cereal crops was higher,while the oil crops have a higher fat content,and the legume crops contained more protein.Combined with the above analysis results,we get the date of the nutrients in 27 regions,and compare them with the environmental factors(temperature difference,precipitation difference),and finally come to the conclusion.(1)The Pearson correlation coefficient of the Pearson similarity of the nutrients in different regions with the temperature difference is-0.2669,and with the precipitation difference is-0.2136;(2)The Pearson correlation coefficient of the Cosine similarity of the nutrients in different regions with the temperature difference is-0.2691,and with the precipitation difference is-0.2284.It shows that the temperature difference and precipitation difference have a negative correlation and with the similarity of different regional nutrients,The greater difference in temperature or precipitation between two regions,the lower similarity between their nutrients.For the temperature and precipitation of two regional factors,effects of temperature on the nutrient content of crops should be greater.
