It was wll known that different cultivation areas and Eucalyptus species expressed variety reation to the adding trace element. We had designed a series nursery experiments with trace element to provide references for the nutrition diagnosis, formula and precise fertilization by the year 2015. This experiemnt is projected to change the concentration of trace element in the perfect solution and every element was resched with four treatmentswhich were composed of 0,0.5,2 or 4 times of the selected trace element concentration.The control group were made up of perfect solution and running water. The determination of the growth of plantation after 2 months illustrated the results as follow.1.The height,caliper and biomass of seedings in the experiental groups increased by 3.03-116.67%,6.25-118.75% and 10.96-115.07% respectively compared with the blank control ones.2.The contrast difference of height and biomass of plantion between each trace element had reached the significant or extremely significant level.3.The height,caliper and biomass of seedings in perfect solution experiental groups descended by 9.72-40.41%,28.57-39.29% and 31.06-38.64% respectively compared with the ones lacking of trace element.4.The height,caliper and biomass of plantion in 0.5 trace element treatment groups fell by 6.14-23.79%,7.14-32.17% and 9.85-21.97% respectively compared with the perfect solution experiental groups.5.The caliper of sapling in double trace element rised by 3.57-25.00% compared with the perfect solution experiental groups.What’s more,the height of plantion in double Boron,Ferrum and Zinc treatment groups increased by 9.72-1.79% while the others fell down by 6.65-1.79%.In addition,the biomass of seedings in double Zinc treatment groups decreased by 0.75% while others improved approximately 5.30-18.94%.6.The height,caliper and biomass of plantion in 4 times trace element treatment groups reduced by 12.7-47.83%,10.71-39.29% and 25.00-37.88% compared with the perfect solution experiental groups.7.Last but not for the least,the treatment with double Boron trace element yielded the best while double Ferrum did the oppsite.
